Supplying , errecting and Centering for Side and Soffiots including necessary supports for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists (Country wood) of size 10x6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 -13cm dia.spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications for Pavement Drain etc., Complete.

Weathering Coarse with concrete broken brick jelly concrete on 20mm. Gauge in pure slaked shell lime (no sand to be used) over roof slab be proportion of brick jelly to being 32 : 12.5, Well beaten with wooden beaters giving the required shape and thickness as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Finishing the Top with One Course of Machine Pressed Tiles of Size 200 x 200 x20 mm of Approved quality laid in cement mortor 1 : 3 (One part of cement and threepart of sand) mixed with water Proof Compounds 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with the same mortar etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Polished Rajasthan kota stones 20mm thick with machine ctting edges for Flooring inculding laying Vibrating, curing and finishing bearing surface at the sides and bottom of the slan, beams of shall be finished smooth with cm 1:3 and craft paper laid without claiming extra cost complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with descrgned coloured vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of best quality and approved variety complying / confirming ISI specification land over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M- Sand) 20mm thick and pomted with same coloured cement neatly etc., complete.

Plastering in Cement Mortar 1 : 5 (one cement and five sand) to 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be purchared locally by the contractor and conveyance of the same to the actual work site and cost form work including watering curing and all leads of good potable water and all other.

Painting the walls with Two Coats weather Proof Exteriour Emulsion based emulsion Paint over one coat of primer as instructed by the departmrntal officers including Preparation of surface curing, etc complete in all floorscomplying with standard specification. ( The Colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the departmental officers.)

Supply and Fixing of Stailess Steel Doors with frame ( Box section using Stailess Steel frame of 1.6mm thick ), of size 100mm x 60mm with a rebate of 30 /35mm x 15mm on one side of the frame including supplying and fixing dovetil splayed Stailess Steel hold fast, cost of material and Labour including all incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard Specifications.

Supply and Fixing of Stailess Steel Doors shutter with frame ( Box section using Stailess Steel frame of 1.6mm thick ), including supplying and fixing locking arrange ments, Ventilating arrangements, cost of material and Labour including all incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard Specifications.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 25GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with spag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Supplying and Fixing of Push and Pull type Rolling Shutter confirming to IS 6248/1979 and as amended from time to time. With ISI make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I.sheet. The Shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc., and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and fixing in position of Iron grills of required size using 32 x 32 x 6mm angle around and 2 Nos of vertical at center with b flats diagonally to the existing open space for grills into necessary hold fast conveyance and one coat of primer etc., complete for Windows and others.

Painting the new iron works such as steel doors, Windows,Ventilators windows bars,balustrades etc, in all floor with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by executive engineer before use on works ) over one the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc, complete complying with Standard Specification. ( The Make, Quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the engineer in charge before use on works ) ( TNSS NO or NBC No 61 V VI (54) 3)

Dadooing sides of walls with Glazed design tiles of size 150 x 150 x 6mm set in Cement Mortar 1:3 ( One cement, three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with the same colour cement including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and Fixing in position best approved of BIS quality 110mm P.V.C Rain Water down fall pipe having a pressure of 4Kg / Sq.cm including cost of necessary PVC shoe,PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails etc, and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc, complete.
