Cleaning and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegitation grass, buses, shrubs, sapling and trees grit upto 300mm , removal of stumps of tree cut earliar and disposal of unserviceable material to be used or auction , upto a lead of 1000 M including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness .

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, within all lifts and lead upto 30m.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate in layers Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable Stone dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machenical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying of 1% OPC cement and 3.5% emulsion in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacing with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Earth-work Excavation in trenches for foundations pipes, cable etc,(Loan clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m lead upto 50m. And dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer i/c within ahead of 30m.

Providing and laying P.C.C M-15 grade Cement concrete Stone aggregate (40mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost for formwork in foundation and floors.

Class-150 brick work in 1:3 Cement and Coarse sand of mortar infoundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants,etc ,required for proper completion of the work.

Class-150 brick work in 1:3 Cement and Coarse sand of mortar in Super Structure including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants, etc required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. work with M-20 grade cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4'') gauge approved Stone grit 20 mm size excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same necessary with 24BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work, strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-20

Mild steel or iron in plan work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work(When not included in an overall rates). Wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completionof the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised ovelapping shall be measured upto floor two level.

Supplying and laying one layer of tar felt or any other equivalent approved material at the junction of wall and roof of any place an roof as per direction of E/I including necessaryoverlap, giving a coat of approved mastic paint belowthe Tar felt and including supply of all materials , labour and tools and plants etc.Required for proper completion of work fix as per standard.

Supply and fixing of 10cm internal Dia Ac Down pipes required for proper completion of work in weep holes.

Struck Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement :3 sand)

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and retaining wall complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1204.3.8 of MORD specification.

Providing & laying in cement concerete 1:3:6( 1 cement : 3 Coarse sand : 6 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm.nominal size) and curing complete, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of E/I

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bituminous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years. (Including cost of material, T&P, labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost @ 0.25%.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder and bituminous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual completion date and ends after five years. (Including cost of material, T&P, labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost @ 0.50%.
