CUTTING & CLEARING THE AREA of grass, rank, vegetation, wild growth bushes, trees and plants UPTO 30cm GIRTH measured at a height 1.0m above ground level, etc., including removal of rubbish, grass, plants, bushes, by cutting it, removing completely as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge and collecting all cut grass, vegetation, etc. and disposing it at designated place upto 7 km lead outside the Refinery premises (Vaikkadu village) with all tools, labour, etc. complete as per specfications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

CUTTING TREES OF GIRTH ABOVE 30 cm UPTO & INCLUDING 60cm (measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches removing the roots up to min 1.5m depth from the ground level, with all labour, tools & tackles, etc. complete and disposal of unserviceable material at designated place upto 7 km lead outside the Refinery premises (Vaikkadu village )as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

CUTTING TREES OF GIRTH ABOVE 60 cm UPTO & INCLUDING 120cm (measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches removing the roots up to min 1.5m depth from the ground level, with all labour, tools & tackles, etc. complete and disposal of unserviceable material at designated place upto 7 km lead outside the Refinery premises (Vaikkadu village )as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

CUTTING TREES of GIRTH ABOVE 120cm UPTO & INCLUDING 240cm (measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches removing the roots up to min 1.5m depth from the ground level, with all labour, tools & tackles, etc. complete and disposal of material at designated place upto 7 km lead outside the Refinery premises in Vaikkadu Area as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

CUTTING TREES of GIRTH ABOVE 240cm (measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches removing the roots up to min 1.5m depth from the ground level, with all labour, tools & tackles, etc. complete and disposal of material at designated place upto 7 km lead outside the Refinery premises in Vaikkadu Area as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

EARTHWORK IN EXCAVATION in all types of soil, including soft or hard murrum, but excluding soft and hard rock, using mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavators) / Manually for depth upto 1.5m, including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, cutting and dressing of sides in slopes, levelling, grading and ramming of bottoms, dewatering of accumulated/sub-soil water from any source and keeping the surface dry for subsequent works and disposal or stacking of excavated material within a lead of 100m, as directed including providing temporary supports to existing service lines like water pipes, sewage pipes, electric underground cables, etc. all complete as per the specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Same as Sl. No. 6 above, but for depths beyond 1.5m upto 3.0m.

Excavating TRIAL PITS manually of required size & depth upto 3m at locations as specified with necessary shoring, dewatering & backfilling as required, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

TRANSPORTING & DISPOSING the surplus earth & debris including shrubs and vegetations from construction area (beyond the initial lead of 100m) to the designated area outside the refinery premises up to a lead of 7km (Vaikkadu Village) including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths & heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both areas (viz., from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: If measured by stacks, 30% voids will be deducted.)

TRANSPORTING & DISPOSING the surplus earth & debris including shrubs and vegetations from construction area (beyond the initial lead of 100m) to designated areas within the Refinery premises including ETP/TTP areas up to a lead of 3km including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths & heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both areas (viz., from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: If measured by stacks, 30% voids will be deducted.)

Supplying and filling approved QUARRY DUST of specified quality under floors, plinths, etc. for all depths including the cost of quarry dust, labour charges, tools and tackles, royalties, transportation to site for all leads and lifts, including loading, unloading, spreading in layer not exceeding 150 mm, watering, ramming, compacting with mechanical compactors and/or other equipment to specified level all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling approved RIVER SAND of specified quality under floors, plinths, foundations, etc. for all depths including the cost of sand, labour charges, tools and tackles, royalties, transportation to site for all leads and lifts, including loading, unloading, spreading in layer not exceeding 150 mm, watering, ramming, compacting with mechanical compactors and/or other equipment to specified level all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling approved M SAND of specified quality under floors, plinths, foundations, etc. for all depths including the cost of sand, labour charges, tools and tackles, royalties, transportation to site for all leads and lifts, including loading, unloading, spreading in layer not exceeding 150 mm, watering, ramming, compacting with mechanical compactors and/or other equipment to specified level all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE (PCC) 1:4:8 by volume (1Cement : 4 M Sand:8 Coarse aggregate) with OPC 53 grade and 40mm & down size graded crushed stone aggregates for all depths wherever required like in foundations, fillings, floors, pavements & ramps or any other works, etc., including shuttering, tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing, etc. all as specified in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directed all complete including cement cost, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Same as Sl. No. 15 above, but for PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE (PCC) 1:1.5:3

Providing and laying of REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE (RCC) 1:1.5:3 by volume (1cement: 1.5 M sand:3 aggregate) with OPC 53 grade and 20mm and down size graded crushed stone aggregate materials FOR SUB STRUCTURE upto plinth beam level for all depths including pavement, machine mixing, curing, consolidating with vibrator, cement cost, etc. all complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge excluding cost of shuttering and reinforcement.

Same as Sl. No. 17 above, but for SUPER STRUCTURE at all heights above plinth beam level.

Providing, fixing FORMWORK including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping in SUB STRUCTURE at all depths wherever required including removal of the shuttering after the specified period is over and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete with all materials, labour, consumables, etc. (Form work shall be supplied by the contractor and shall remain the property of the contractor)

Providing, fixing FORMWORK including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping in SUPER STRUCTURE at all heights wherever required including removal of the shuttering after the specified period is over and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete with all materials, labour, consumables, etc. (Form work shall be supplied by the contractor and shall remain the property of the contractor)

Providing, hoisting and fixing in position RCC PRECAST ELEMENTS with reinforced cement concrete grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 M sand: 3 graded stone aggregate with OPC 53 grade and 20mm & down size graded crushed stone aggregates) for all leads, levels, shapes and thickness including all moulds, shuttering and centering, vibrating, tamping, curing, chamfering, providing lifting hooks, levelling, aligning and fixing/laying in position using crane, breaking brickwork and /or concrete surfaces and making good the same, etc. all complete (excluding cost of Reinforcement) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All material including cement to be supplied by the contractor.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position High strength deformed steel bar REINFORCEMENT (conforming to IS 1786, grade Fe500) for RCC work, straightening, cleaning, decoiling, cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, binding with contractor's own 16 Standard Wire Gauge (SWG) black soft annealed binding wire at every intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, overlaps, welding spacers, lifting hooks, etc. for all heights & depths, etc. removing of scraps from site, all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

GROUTING pockets, holes, pipe sleeves of any shape or size, column bases, machine bases, etc. using Non shrink grout of approved make equivalent including supply of material, roughening surface, cleaning with compressed air/water jets, ramming, curing, labour charges, etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing in position Bitumen impregnated board 12 mm thk. of approved make PREMOULDED BITUMINOUS EXPANSION JOINT FILLER BOARDS conforming to IS:1838-P1/1983 in joints including application of primer as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & filling in joints BITUMASTIC SEALING COMPOUND 12 to 17mm width x 20 to 25 mm depth of approved make conforming to IS:1834 latest revision Grade A including one coat of primer as per manufacturer’s specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying COPING BLOCK with cement concrete 1:2:4 with 12.5mm & down size graded crushed stone chip aggregates on top of masonry wall including providing pockets, openings, recesses, chamfering wherever required, tamping, curing and rendering if required to give a smooth and even surface, etc. for all heights in any shape, profile, position and thickness, etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying BRICK MASONRY IN SUB STRUCTURE with bricks of Class 5.0 in cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement:5 M Sand) for all depths including the cost of materials, labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding/staging, sampling and testing, soaking of bricks, cutting and laying of bricks, providing recesses, finishing the joints flush below ground level, curing, etc. all complete as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying BRICK MASONRY IN SUPER STRUCTURE with bricks of Class 5.0 in using cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement:5 M Sand) for all heights including the cost of materials, labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding/staging, sampling and testing, soaking of bricks, cutting and laying of bricks, providing recesses, making openings of any shape and size, sealing the gap between masonry and soffit of beam/slab, embedding the fittings, curing, etc. all complete as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying HALF BRICK MASONRY in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4 M Sand) for all depths and heights including cost of materials, cement, labour, scaffolding, sampling, testing, supplying and placing 2 no. 8 mm dia. dia rebars at every fourth course, sealing the gap between masonry and soffit of the beam / slab, embedding the fittings and fixtures, curing, etc. all complete as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The cost of Reinforcement shall be paid seperately under relevant items.

Providing RANDOM RUBBLE MASONRY with hard stone in Sub Structure with cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6 M sand) for toe wall, including the cement cost, tools & tackles, labour required to complete the job, rendering the full face with 1:3 CM as per the specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Same as Item No.30 above, but for SUPERSTRUCTURE.

Providing & laying DRY RUBBLE SOLING (Hard Core) with 20 to 40 mm size metal, under foundations/Ground floor slab (Grade slab), etc., including filling recesses by grit, stone chips & approved murrum, watering, dressing, compacting with mechanical compactors etc., complete as per drawings, specifications and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 15mm THICK CEMENT PLASTER in Cement Mortar 1:4(1 Cement:4 M sand by volume) on brick masonry, PCC/RCC surfaces including preparation of base, cleaning, chipping, packing of electrical, plumbing works, scaffolding if required, finishing, curing including mouldings and providing grooves in plaster, bands, mouldings, etc. as specified for all depths and heights including labour charges, tools and tackles, material costs, etc. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 12mm THICK CEMENT PLASTER in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 M sand by volume) on brick masonry, PCC/RCC surfaces including preparation of base, cleaning, chipping, packing of electrical, plumbing works, scaffolding if required, finishing, curing including mouldings and providing grooves in plaster, bands, mouldings, etc. as specified for all heights including labour charges, tools and tackles, material costs, etc. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 6mm THICK CEMENT PLASTER in cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement:3 Fine sand by volume) on Roof Ceilings, concrete surfaces including preparation of base, cleaning, chipping, packing of electrical works, scaffolding, finishing, curing, etc. for all heights complete with all labour charges, material costs, tools and tackles, etc. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying two coats of Interior paint of INTERIOR EMULSION PAINT with wall putty of Birla white/JK white or any other approved equivalent make of any shades/colours over one coat of emulsion primer as per the specifications including necessary scaffolding and surface preparation, filling all holes, cracks and depressions with wall putty, sand papering, etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and applying two coats of EXTERIOR EMULSION PAINT of Asian or any other equivalent approved brand of required shade and including surface preparation, a priming coat with emulsion primer of approved brand as same as final coat including cleaning, removing dust, filling all holes, cracks and depressions with wall putty of Birla white/JK white or any other approved equivalent make, necessary scaffolding, etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying 3 coats of WHITE WASH of approved make and shade for all depths and heights including cleaning, preparation of surfaces, curing, etc. with all labours, tools, tackles, scafolding, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per specifications.

Providing and applying two coats of WATER PROOF DECORATIVE CEMENT PAINT of approved make and approved shade, cleaning, including preparation of surfaces, priming coat with cement primer, curing, etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing RECESSED POINTING on Random Rubble masonry wall for all heights with Cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 M sand) including scaffolding/staging, finishing, curing, etc. all complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 18mm thick machine cut, mirror polished, premoulded and pre-polished GRANITE for PLATFORMS of approved quality for shelves of required size of approved shade, colour, and texture laid 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement:4 MSand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish, curing, moulding & nosing, etc. complete at all levels as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 20mm thick machine cut, polished CUDAPPAH SLAB of approved quality for kitchen sinks of required size of approved shade, colour, and texture jointed with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish, for fixing as kitchen sink, rubbing, curing, moulding & nosing etc. complete at all levels as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying VITRIFIED FLOOR TILES of 600mmx 600mm of stain guard 1st class quality of approved make laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 M sand), including a coating of adhesive as per manufacturer's specifications, flush pointing of joints of tiles with cement paste, grouting with white cement and pigment with colour matching the shades of tiles including skirting, finishing, curing, material costs, labour charges, tools and tackles, etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of premium quality ANTISKID CERAMIC FLOOR TILES (Size of all tiles shall be 300x300) of approved make floor matt finished colour, nonslip, decorative type of tiles, approved make with bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 in line and level including cleaning the finished surfaces with oxalic acid including skirting out the joints, flush pointing of joints of tiles with cement paste/grout mixed with colour pigments matching the shade of tiles, with material costs, tools and tackles, labour charges, etc. as per specifications, standards and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying upto 300 x 450 mm size COLOURED GLAZED CERAMIC TILES FOR WALL/DADO (Grade I quality), of approved make & shade including 20 mm thick cement bedding C.M. 1:3, PVC beading with matching colour , pointing and finishing exposed joints with white cement/matching colour pigment, etc., including cleaning the finished surface with wax polishing complete with material costs,tools and tackles,labour charges as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying PVC roll/tile of approved shade,texture of 2mm thickness homogenous, unbaked,flexible,anti static PVC tiles conforming to BS 2050 table 2, IS 3461/3462 in floor,skirting,fixed over base floor/surface by means of a continous coating of rubber adhesive ( as per manufacturer specification) over the base floor/surface including cleaning the finished surface with approved detergent to remove stains etc. all compelte as directed by Engineer in Charge.Removal of damaged existing membrane to be carried out if required.

Providing & forming 40mm thick average hard wearing surface with GRANOLITHIC CONCRETE FLOOR FINISH (1:1:2) laid in 2.5 m x 2.5 m panels by means of necessary formwork over concrete floor including materials,labour,tools,tackles etc. all complete as per specification, drawings & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Asbestos Free - Everest Hitech or equivalent 6mm THICK CORRUGATED CEMENT SHEET ROOFING in Natural Stone Grey colour and fixing with high corrosion resistant self drilling fasteners and EPDM washers by replacing the existing worn out sheet etc. complete ; including cutting to size and shape ,providing laps,scaffolding etc. with all labour,tools as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing asbestos free - Everest Hitech or equivalent SERRATED ADJUSTABLE RIDGES for roofing including fixing with accessories like high corrosion resistant self drilling fasteners/EPDM washers and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen/ washers including cutting to proper size , scaffolding, etc., for all heights with all labour,tools & tackles complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing asbestos free - Everest Hitech or equivalent GUTTER of 600mm overall girth semicircular in shape for roofing including fixing with necessary slope with accessories likegutter guards, clamps,brackets,high corrosion resistant self drilling fasteners/EPDM washers and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen/ washers including cutting to proper size , scaffolding,providing provision for fixing rain water downtake pipe etc., for all heights with all labour,tools & tackles complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, Transporting, Fabricating, Erecting and Fixing in position COLOUR COATED CORRUGATED GALVALUME SHEET of 0.45mm base metal thickness , with colour coating including fixtures, bitumen washers, corner pieces, all necessary accessories, scaffolding etc. complete in all respects at all levels, locations and as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying to required slope CEMENT CONCRETE SCREED of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 M sand: 3 Coarse aggregates 12.5mm and down graded aggregates) using 53 grade OPC in Roof Terrace etc. laid to required slope and thickness & inclusive of curing/pond curing, brooming with wire brush, finishing etc. all labours, tools and tackles complete as per drawing, specification & as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying COOL ROOF S.R.I (SOLAR REFLECTIVE INDEX)TILES of Johnson Endura or approved equivalent ,size 300mmx300mm ,white in colour with thickness not less than 10mm, on terraces jointed with suitable cementious water proof grout, laid over suitable tile fixing mortar as per manufacturer's specification with required slope, thickness and finishing neat including pointing etc. complete with all tools, tackles, equipment's, labour, cement cost etc. as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying first quality PRESSED CLAY TILES ( as per approved pattern not less than 18 mm thickness and of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Msand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 M sand) and finishing neat including all tools, tackles, equipments, labour,materials,hacking of concrete,necessary surface preparation,pointing with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 2 % integral water proofing compound , etc.whereever required , complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing white glazed earthenware china WASH BASIN of make Parryware/hindware with antisplash rims on 3 sides of 550x450mm size including approved cast iron/MS brackets , one 15mm dia. CP brass pillar cock, rubber plug with CP brass, 32mm CP waste fitting of standard pattern pipe with 32mm dia. PVC pipe with bottle trap, cutting wall, floors and making good the same, painting all exposed metallic surfaces with 2 coats of approved shade and quality synthetic enamel paint over red oxide zinc chromate(approved quality) making all connections, finishing etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing white glazed Earthernware INDIAN PAN TYPE WATER CLOSET of Parry ware-Orrissa or approved equivalent of size 580x440 mm with integral footrest, including all fittings, P or S traps, cutting walls, floors making good of same, finishing, soldered joints, making inlet/outlet connection, providing min. 150 mm thick sand cushion, finishing, etc.all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing WHITE WALL HUNG EUROPEAN WATER CLOSET (EWC) WITH DUAL FLUSH CISTERN of Parry ware or approved equivalent make including Cistern, Cistern Lid, Antimicrobial seat cover with lid, fitting, slim line health faucet with hose & hook, other standard accessories, all fittings and fixtures including cutting walls, floors making good of same, making inlet/outlet connection, finishing, etc.all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position white glazed earthern ware vitreous china DIVISIONAL PLATE Partition for urinals of size 350x675x130mm Parryware-Magnum or approved equivalent placed between urinals anchoring and fixing the divisional plate with fastners and required clamps / fittings, making good of all damaged work, finishing etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, transporting, storing, fabricating and fixing in position MS STEEL INSERTS (with lugs) as shown in drawing including fabrication to any shape made out of flats, plates, rolled sections, sleeves, pipes etc. providing necessary templates, staging, cutting, straightening, if required, bolting, welding as required and embedding in position on both Plain,Reinforced Cement concrete members inclusive of adjusting shuttering & reinforcement/any other fixture, welding where ever necessary, tying and holding to correct level, line and position, any auxilliary dummy structures to support the heavy inserts, & painting with one shop coat of Inorganic zinc silicate primer and finsihing with two coats of anti rust epoxy paint of approved brand and colour, etc. complete as per drawing,specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating, fixing and keeping in position at all levels and locations threaded M.S. ANCHOR BOLTS of all diameters and nomenclature including nuts, washers, anchor plates, washer plates, closure plates, pipe sleeves etc. In foundations, pedestals, etc. as directed including handling & transporting, straightening if required, turning from relevant size. M.S. Rounds to required diameter, threading, welding, providing necessary templates and auxillary dummy structure, if any, necessary tying and welding, providing necessary templates and auxillary dummy strucutres, if any, necessary tying and welding with reinforcement bars, adjustment of shuttering & reinforcement/any other fixture, greasing exposed metal surfaces, covering bolts and packing the sleeves with jute cloth etc. all complete as per drawing and specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fabricating, transporting to site and erecting in position MS GATES/GRILLS as per drawings using steel confirming to IS:2062 / IS:1161 including supply and fixing of all materials such as hinges, locking arrangement, pluger bolts, CI wheels and fixtures, MS rail for wheel with anchor etc, all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall include material costs,labour charges,all inserts and embedments essential for smooth operation of the gate. The rate shall also include two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer.

SUPPLYING, TRANSPORTING, FABRICATING, ERECTING AND FIXING IN POSITION as per the specifications, ELECTROFORGED HOT DIP GALVANISED GRATINGS (GI coating weight shall be 305gm/Sqm as per IS 4759) of the approved design and pattern and erecting & fixing of fabricated steel work on operating floors, platforms, stair landings & treads,drain cover etc., at various levels including supply of all GI fixtures like edge plates for treads,clips, studs, bolts, welding if required and nosing for the treads and etc., complete, as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying Galvanised MS CHEQUERED PLATE,transporting ,cleaning & fabricating & fixing on floors as cable trench covers including grinding edges & supplying all bolts,nuts ,washers etc. complete .The Galvanised MS Chequered plate(6mm to 10mm thick) to be fixed to the supporting beam with help of 12mm dia. counter sunk bolts at 400mmc/c including necessary modifications for supporting structure,drilling holes in plates and supporting structures etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and directions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing DOUBLE SCAFFOLDING (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to three story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre horizontal and vertcical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes challies, M.S. CLAMPS AND M.S. staircas systems in the scaffolding for woking platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing and runners, connection with the building etc., whereever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrescpective of duration of scaffolding.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting STAINLESS STEEL WORKS including gratings (SS Grade 304 ) to required profile and size as filter in drain with necessary fittings including straightening if required, cutting, bending, welding, grouting , cleaning, surface preparation as per specifications etc. all completed as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing necessary BARRICADING WORKS with 1mm thick corrugated GI sheets and supporting with necessary structural steel arrangements including scafffolding pipes and tubes for a maximum height of 3 m , embedding the same in firm ground etc. Rate quoted should include mobilisation and erection of the above items including demobilisation after completion of works.The same will be the property of Contractor.

Providing and laying to required camber GRANULAR BASE WET MIX MACADAM , comprising of coarse aggregate 53 mm & down size as per specification including preparation of mix in approved mixing plant with controlled addition of water ,spreading with paver finisher or motor grader & rolling with 10 MT roller(vibro roller) in layer of compacted thickness 150mm as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and Laying Reinforced NP3 CLASS (MEDIUM DUTY) RCC HUME PIPE of 300mm dia. with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2(1cement:2M sand) for road crossing etc.including cutting, lowering, laying in position , with proper level, slope , testing of joints etc. as per specifications and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Same as Sl. No. 146 above, but for 450mm diameter.

Supplying and fixing at site Chain Link Wire Net Fencing with chain link fence fabric of 50x50 mm diamond mesh of 2.5mm dia GI innerwire insulated with minimum 1.5mm PVC to achieve outer dia not less than 4mm to intermediate, corner, straining, starting or end post of MS angles/post/strut and one horizontal strand of 8 SWG (4mm) dia GI inner wire insulated with PVC for tension in chain link (at middle) , GI staples for fixing Chainlink in the intermediate posts and 10mm dia 175mm long hook bolts (threaded portion being 75mm long minimum) for fixing each link of the chain link; with all labour and materials but excluding cost of all MS angle post etc. complete as per drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fixing and tensioning in position on RCC posts, 12 gauge, 2 ply, 4points, GI BARBED WIRE designation A-1 confirming to IS:278 in horizontal rows for barbed wire fencing etc with necessary GI Staples, clips and pins, GI straining bolts and binding wire, etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and fixing at site WELDED STEEL WIRE FABRIC of required width having rectangular mesh painted with two or more coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer including cost of materials, labour, tools, tackles all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CONCERTINA COIL FENCING: Providing and fixing 750mm dia Green colour painted Razor type concertina fencing with all required clips, pins, etc as per the specifications(each concertina coil piece stretch to 9m length) concertina coil shall be fixed to the M.S. angle with 4 rows of same concertina runner wires over exisiting "x" type angle supports as per drawings. Rate shall be quoted on running metre of compound wall basis. a.Diameter of Coil: 750mm, number of circles and number of clips are 72 and 180 in each 9m of length. b.Central core Wire: Core wire shall be of 2.6mm diameter made of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength having minimum galvanized coating thickness equivalent to 230 grams per Sq.m. c. Razor strip: 0.5mm thick hot dip galvanized and of width 19mm having series of barbed punched all along the length at regular intervals having minimum galvanized thickness of 12 microns. hardness of tape should be between 137-180 VPN (Victor Penetration Number) d. Clips: 1.5mm thick made out of stainless steel. e. Runner wire: Shall be of same specifications as of central core wire.

Supply of UNSKILLED CLASS-I LABOUR to carry out petty works not assessable for measurements/minor repair works, on day-to-day basis. The rates shall include ESI, PF, payroll cost and allowances, fringe benefits, overhead supervision, profits and hand tools.

The quoted rate should include mobilization, operator cost, diesel charges,transporting, demobilisation etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of 400amps WELDING RECTIFIER on hire basis on all days including Sundays on 8 hrs.shift with all safety precautions within CPCL Refinery premises.The quoted rate should include mobilization, transporting, demobilisation costs etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Same as Sl. No. 173 above, but for supply of DG SET of minimum capacity 63kVA including diesel charges .

Supply of GULLY SUCKER TRUCK on hire basis for removal of oil sludge with inbuilt Vacuum suction using super suction machine and tanker of minimum 6 KL capacity with necessary suction/ delivery hoses of sufficient lengths and personnels of 2(two) Nos. in addition to a driver and cleaner to handle the floating oils on storm water pond/drains on regular basis on all working days from Monday to saturday (8 hours/day- starting from the reporting time at site). The quoted rate should be for supply of one gully sucker truck as specified above on hire basis, inclusive of charges towards fuel/oils/lubricants, operator crew's /driver costs, all labour, tools, tackles, mobilization, loading, transporting, unloading in the refinery premises as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

PUMPING OUT WATER caused by natural ground water sources, broken water mains of drains adn the like using diesel/ electric power driven self priming pumps of adequate capacity with necessary discharge and suction hoses to required length including hire, fuel/oil and operator cost etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and BUNDING WITH SAND FILLED BAGS of min 0.5 Cu.ft. in capacity for maintaining and diverting the flow of water, etc. including supply and filling of sand, stitching of the bags, carting to site of work to any distance, keeping position as directed, plugging holes and paddling, etc., with all labour, materials, tools plants including the cost of sand and empty gunny /polythene bags, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CLEANING OF MAN HOLES DECHOCKING AND FLUSHING of industrial OWS/fecal sewage lines of different diameters between two manholes with drain cleaning rods, bamboos strips flushing with water and compressed air, removal of sludge and disposal of the same at identified areas within the Refinery premises upto a lead of 2km radius, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge all labour including removing and refixing the cover slabs in position, transportation of required machinery tools, plants etc., complete taking all safety precautions as specified. The compressed air and water at one point shall be supplied free of cost, if required. For catch basins/pits/Inspection/ Gully trap chambers etc.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking RUBBER MOULD PAVER BLOCK of M30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in two or more colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand filling the joints with sand, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, transportation, installing, dismantling and removing of Interlocking type TEMPORARY STEEL SHEET PILES with crane, vibro-hammer/pile driving machinery of adequate capacity and other ancillary equipment, including driving and joining the sheet piles as per specification up to levels as per specifications & directed by EIC. Installed sheet piles are temporary and shall retain the earth, provide excavation support for a depth of 6m from ground level and protection against water seepage & Sliding of earth during construction activities, including supply of all materials, steel members, welding, strutting, tie members supporting, labour, plant & machineries, etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Notes:- 1. Method of Measurement for payment will be the actual horizontal limit of temporary sheet piling installed and accepted, and the vertical limit as measured from the bottom of the exposed face of the sheeting to the top of the retained earth behind the sheeting. 2. The Steel Sheet Piles shall be supplied by the contractor and shall remain the property of the contractor).

Providing and fixing 20 mm nominal outer dia CHLORINATED POLY VINYL CHLORIDE(cPVC) PIPES, of approved equivalent make with holder clamps including fixing/embedding into masonry/concrete, providing connections like shoes, vents, specials, bends, etc. fixing in perfect plumb, spacing of jumpers shall be minimum 1mc/c, etc. all complete including jointing with bonding solution of approved quality and make including clamps, connections, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
