Labour charges for operation of 40 KVA Diesel driven Generator set at Jayanti Bungalow as and when required and round the clock guarding of the installation with accessories. EPF and ESIC contribution of employees @ 3.25% and @ 13% are included.(For establishment having 20 employees or more) Period From :- 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027

Cost of fuel (diesel) and lub. Oil required for the D.G set including handling loss & cost of transportation from suitable fuel refilling station to the work site. Consumption of fuel to be considered @ 8 ltr/hr for an average run of the D.G set 4 hr/day. Consumption of lub oil to be considered @2% of fuel consumption. Measurement will be taken as per actual running of the DG set. Period From :- 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027

Supervision charges for electrical installation within the office of the Executive Engineer,Alipurduar Division,PHE Dte by Licensed Electrician as per IE Rules, 1956 read with latest amendments, having valid workmanship permit and mechanic for Diesel Generator set with overhead expenditures as per direction of the EIC. Period From :- 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027

RATE IS INCLUSIVE OF @1% L.W.CESS
