| 1 | M&L for mixing of approved bio-culture / bio-enzymes (HSN Code : 30029030) for improvement of biological treatment process in MBBR / aeration tanks Sewage Treatment Plants (STP's) of any capacity, including MBBR / aeration tanks complete all as specified, directed and comprising the following:
a) Supply of high-quality, non-pathogenic, eco-friendly bio-culture suitable for sewage treatment and compatible with existing STP process (MBBR / Activated Sludge / Aeration system).
b) Deployment of experienced and technically qualified STP/bio-treatment expert to visit the site, assess existing STP performance parameters (BOD, COD, MLSS, DO, pH, etc.) and decide suitable dosage.
c) Mixing and dosing of bio-culture directly into aeration tanks / MBBR media zones, including proper dilution, circulation and uniform distribution as per manufacturer’s recommendation.
d) Continuous monitoring during dosing period to ensure effective activation of biomass, improvement in microbial activity and stabilization of treatment process.
e) Ensuring successful performance of STP, achieving treated effluent parameters within prescribed limits as per PCB norms.
f) Item includes all materials, labour, tools, consumables, expert supervision, testing, monitoring and incidental charges, complete all as specified and as directed.

| 2 | M&L for Cleaning of sewage collection tank of 1 lakh gallon capacity and the work includes the following Services:
1.Dewatering the tank using a suitable submersible pumps/mud pumps of adequate capacity to pump out all sewage and sludge water.
2.Removal of settled sludge and solid waste by mechanized means using a suitable septic cleaning/vacuum tanker fitted with adequate-capacity sludge/vacuum pumps, including suction, collection and loading of sludge from the tank. Manual removal of sludge from the tank shall not be permitted.
3.Engaging a minimum of 2 workers per day, including 1 supervisor, trained in confined space entry and equipped with full PPE (gum boots, gloves, helmets, safety goggles, gas masks/oxygen masks, and safety belts).Contractor will resposible for all safety precaution of worker.
4.Thorough scrubbing and washing of tank walls, floor, and corners using hard nylon brushes and high-pressure jet cleaning machines to remove stains, algae, and deposits.
5.Disinfecting with a 5% Sodium Hypochlorite solution (min 50Ltrs) or other approved equivalent disinfectant for sterilization of internal surfaces.
6.Complete removal and transportation of sludge, silt, and debris to a designated disposal site outside the defence area. Disposal of sludge is the entire responsibility of the contractor.
7.After cleaning, painting the cleaned tank date in white letters on a black background (letter size 75 mm), including date of cleaning.
8.Final flushing of tank with potable water and ventilating for at least 8 hours before reuse.
9.The contractor shall arrange all materials, labour, tools, plants, chemicals, safety equipment, and transportation necessary to complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. | 2 | Each Job | - | - |

1) Model : VPFM 415 or equivalent
