| 1 | DISMANTLING WORKS:
(Each Flat have two bedroom with attached toilets and WC, one servant room with attached toilet and WC,Kitchen, Drawing Room, dining hall, Front and Back Courtyard and Common handwash area in Back Courtyard. Bidder is strictly advised to visit the flat under consideration for scope and quantum of dismantling and quote his rates accordingly. The debris shall be disposed off at the authorised dumping yard of the Chandigarh Administration and stacking of serviceable material/Scrap having Salvage value and it shall be removed from premises and pay the Bank under Item of Rebate).
DISMANTLING OF PLUMBING AND SANITARY FITTINGS:- Carefully Dismantling all plumbing and sanitary fittings in the flat (bath,WC,Toilet, kitchen and common handwash Area) including G.I. and C.I. pipes along with Fittings, medicine chest, soap dish, sink, wash basins, taps, high level/low level flush tank with bracket, floor traps, Jali, Rods,cloth drying batten, including stacking the salvage items at place directed and disposing off the debris out of the premises at local administration authorised dumping yard, etc complete as directed by Bank's Engineer.
DISMANTLING OF BATH, WC, COMMON AREAS:- Carefully dismantling the flooring, skirting and wall dado of Vitried or Ceramic Tiles/ mosaic/any stone/ tiles/ IPS/Kota Stone along with backing, bedding upto required depth, cleaning with chisel,removing window / ventilator shutters only for Refixing /repair/replacement after painting and fixing of hardware fittings and/or glass, removing the MS grill of the window/ventilator/fixed window for repainting and refixing the MS grill including making good the damages, stacking the salvage items at place directed and disposing off the debris out of the Bank's premises at local administration authorised dumping yard, making good the damages to the walls, floors,etc., with cement mortar(1 cement : 4 sand) or plain cement concrete (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 aggregate) as directed by the Bank's Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling of Doors along with frame for Toilet/WC area shall be done by carefully cutting the MS Frame without damaging the masonry. The holdfast shall not be removed from the wall and shall be cut to dismantle the frame)
DISMANTLING OF KITCHEN:- Carefully dismantling the portion of existing kitchen platform after carefull removing the Shutter, dismantling the Kitchen sink,dismantling the floor tile wall dado with backing, stone/kadapa slab with concrete slab surface,,removing window / door / ventilator shutters only for Refixing /repair/replacement after painting and fixing of hardware fittings and/or glass, removing the MS grill of the window/ventilator/fixed window for repainting and refixing the MS grill including stacking the salvage items at place directed and disposing of the debris out of the Bank's premises at local administration authorised dumping yard, making good the damages to the walls, floors,etc., with cement mortar(1 cement : 4 sand) or plain cement concrete (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 aggregate) as directed by the Bank's Engineer-in-Charge. WORK IN OF ROOMS AND BALCONIES (DRAWING ROOM, DINING ROOM, BEDROOMS and STORE ROOM ETC.):-Carefully dismantling the flooring and skirting of vitrified tiles/mosaic/any stone/ tiles/ IPS along with backing, bedding upto required height, cleaning with chisel to expose base surface of floor slab plaster, dismantling POP Moulding at ceiling, ,removing window / door / ventilator shutters only for Refixing /repair/replacement after painting and fixing of hardware fittings and/or glass, removing the MS grill of the window/ventilator/fixed window for repainting and refixing the MS grill including making good the damages, stacking the salvage items at place directed and disposing off the debris out of the Bank's premises at local administration authorised dumping yard, making good the damages to the walls, floors,etc., with cement mortar(1 cement : 4 sand) or plain cement concrete (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 aggregate) as directed by the Bank's Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Please refer the enclosed drawing for quantity pupose .

| 3 | WATERPROOFING WORK :- Water proofing treatment in Bath, WC, wash basin and sink area Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion slab of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying :
(a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.75 kg/sqm mixed with SBR based water proofing compound @ 0.5 kg/sqm i.e. for each sqmt of surface for the mix of 0.5 kg of SBR and 0.75 kg of cement. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours.
(b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.75 kg/sqm mixed with SBR based water proofing compound @ 0.5 kg/sqm i.e. for each sqmt of surface for the mix of 0.5 kg of SBR and 0.75 kg of cement. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 48 hours.
(c) Third layer of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with SBR based water proofing compound in recommended proportion (7.5 kg of SBR foe each bag of cement) including making slope, rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface.
The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.Ponding test with water depth of 50 mm for 48 hours for the work, is to be carried out by flooding the area after blocking all the draining point. Contractor shall submit the gurantee certificate for at least 5 years from the date of vitual completion of work in the prescribed format. | 56.18 | SQM | - | - |
