Dry earth work in foundation of masonry work for building work including lead upto 30m & lift upto 1.5m and its disposal and back filling

Cement concrete with cement, coarse sand and 4mm gauge approved stone ballast in the proporton of 1:4:8 including all material labour and T&P etc complete.

Supply and installation of concrete panel Boundary wall height 1.80m (prestressed concrete of grade M-25 with 4 Nos of 4mm dia HST wire) slab of size2160mmx300x50mm with fixing of same at proper position between two pillers /column with same grade of concrete (pre stressed with 7 Nos of 4mm dia HST wire )of size 2400mm x150mm150mm with provision of edge grove(50mmx50mm) on two opposite phase for holding precast slab/ pannal including all material labour T&P etc also i/c carriage at site.

1st class Brick work in 1:4 in cement and coarse sand mortar including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

12mm thick Plaster with cement, coarse sand mortar in 1:4 proprtion including supply of all mateiral, labour, T&P etc complete.

Finishing of walls with water proofing cement paint of apporved make quality of requied shad wall surface ( three coats) to give even shades including curing and cost of materials, labour, T&P etc.

Colour washing with lime on undercorated wall surface two coats over and including a primary coat of white washing to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust ,mortor drops and other foreign mate.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to I.S. 2202 Part I (1983) non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters . (As per SOR PWD Lucknow Chapter 11), 35 mm thick including ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges with necessary.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete .(125 mm )

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete ,150x10 mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete. , 250x16 mm

Fabrication of mild steel of iron work in Gates including supply of steel bolts, nuts and wastage etc and these fixing required for proper completion of work, also include primer and painting work complete .

C.C. 1:2:4 (M15) under foundation with cement, coarse sand and shingle 20 to 40 mm size including all T&P and labour required for propoer completion of work.
