Milling of existing Bituminuous pavement to the depth of 25-50mm by miller machine in a single cutting depth of 50mm to make a uniform surface without disturbing the base including diversion of traffic, removing milled material to approved dumping site (with in 5 kms lead) including loading and unloading, all leads and lift, fuel and lubricating charges etc complete as directed by Engineer in Charge..

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cartage of ballast, kankar, coal, Grit or sand etc. including loading and unloading but excluding stackings on pucca roads. Earth/Malva upto 5 km distance etc all complete.

Construction of Granular sub-base(GSB) by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of Morth/Mord

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors.

Cement Concrete Pavement (Construction of M40 grade un-reinforced, dowel jointed at construction joint, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including providing of construction joints, separation membrane (where DLC is done), admixtures, tie bar, fibre mesh, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.The White topping without fibre mesh shall not be accepted. Item does not includes cost of dowel bars, Tie Bars, fibre mesh (PSFR) & cost of groove cutting & filling. It should be paid seperately.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectrorising glass beeds @ 250gms per sqm. Area, thiclness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC:35. The finish surface to be lavel, uniform and free from streaks and holes. composition of thermoplastic meterial shall be as per table 800-3 of clause 803 of MORTH including cost of all meterial, labour, T&P etc. require for proper completion of work as direction by engineer-in-charge.
