Taking down carefully main switches DB's/ MCB DB's and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium sub main wiring including teak wood batten / conduit and making good the disturbed surface of walls as directed.

M & L for Point wiring with PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed electric FRLS cable of 1100V single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories on surface wiring system by cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of wall (cutting except on ceiling for fan point only, on ceiling instead of pvc conduit surface casing caping will be used) & 1.5 sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including MS boxes for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc for the following complete all as specified and directed:-

Ditto ------------All as per item No 42 above but for Exhaust Fan of 300 mm sweep of any make Note For item No 42 to 43 : Rates are deemed to be inclusive for collection of fan from AGE E/M yard under contractor own arrangement, removing defective parts, burnt winding carefully, cleaning & re-assembling the fan after repair i.e. oiling, greasing, washer, lock bolts, connector, cross pin etc, depositing back to AGE E/M yard and testing complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (spare parts will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items)

M&L for identifying and rectifying day to day complaints of fans including taking down celiing fan / exhaust fan / Wall fan of any type / make / sweep from its location at CDA Main Bldg, MD ACCN of CDA complex, servicing of fans after removing blades, opening of fan at site and cleaning ball bearing,gun metal bush, filling grease /oil and changing of nut , screwes, check nuts, rubber reel, nut & bolts of size 15 mm to 60 mm including replacing defective condensor,ball bearing ,conecting wire,gun metal bush,lock nuts, crosspin ,ceiling rose etc if required and re-assembling of fan, blades, down rod, conopy etc and hanging back fan to its original location after cleaning of body, connecting to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed. Note : (1) all spare i.e condenser, ball bearing,flexible wire, bush, shall be measured and paid under relevent item. (2) Cost of petty stores such as grease, lubricating oil, varnish, coil tie, lock nut , cross pin,check nuts,rubber seal etc are deemed to be included in quated rate.

M&L for spray painting of ceiling fan 1200/ 1400 mm sweep with synthetic enamel paint including filing cavities with filler after cleaning of body, blades, down rods etc by scraping with emery paper including rewriting MES No of fan of letter size 2 cm height, using black paint all as directed.

Supply and fixing plastic body air fan / ventilator with louver 250 mm sweep and grouting with nut , bolts & Fastenar on the wall and make good the disturbed surface and electric connection with 1.5 Sqmm three core PVC insulated round flexible copper conductor and sheathed cable complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing wall fan of single phase 230/240V of size 400 mm sweep and grouting with nut , bolts & Fastener on the wall and make good the disturbed surface and electric connection with 1.5 Sqmm three core PVC insulated round flexible copper conductor and sheathed cable complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for maintenance/servicing of water cooled DG set of capacity 100 KVA,Make:Cummins. capacity coupled with alternator, maintenance and servicing mechanically and electrically, including cleaning, oiling /greasing, removing & replacement of diesel filter /oil filter /Air filter /fan belt /fuel pipe/ engine oil pipe /Engine Oil/Coolent etc as required at site and as per manufacturer's instructions and checking of valves & nozzles etc, and making DG set perfectly operational and testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Any Overhauls, Modifications, Job Work like repair/recalibration of FIP & Injector, Self Starter, Radiator, Turbo charged after cooler, B.C alternator etc. will be outside the contract and the same will be carried out at extra cost. (ii) All items such as cleaning agent, Cotton Waste and grease etc are required for carrying out the normal maintenance of the engine will be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Fresh engine oil/spare parts for DG sets shall be supplied by the contractor as “ Supply only” and shall be measured and paid separately under item of this BoQ.

Supply only lubrication oil SAE-40 (20W- 40 grade) suitable for Diesel Engine of any capacity drained out / filling under this BoQ complete all as specified and directed. Note: Lubrication oil make used as per recommendation of DG set manufacture. Make: Make: Leypower/Cummins /Indian Oil.

Supply and topping up of Ethylene Glycol Coolant. Make: Kirloskar/Cummins/Greaves Cotton.

Supply only electrolyte 1250 for lead acid battery. Make: As per sample

Supply and fixing lead acid battery 12 volts 180 AH maintenance free with 36 months company warrenty complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Exide/ Amaron.

Dismantling, opening of water cooled Diesel Engine generating set of 110 KVA capacity (Make: Cummins) for carrying out repair, top over hauling of engine and taking out engine fitted spare parts of complete engine, mechanically and electrically, cleaning of oiling / greasing, descaling of water jackets, decarbonizing cylinder heads and re-fixing of serviceable parts in position, and removing & replacement of unserviceable /defective spares parts with new parts,as per manufacturer's instructions including refacing and lapping of valves, valve-seats, or any other machining work required for cylinder head, allingment of connecting rods including matching with crank shaft and reassembling the engine of DG set at position and ensuring alignment and coupling the engine with alternator including connecting to existing system and making DG set perfectly operational and testing at site with connected load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. .

Note: (i) Any repair/recalibration of FIP & Injector, Self Starter, Radiator, Turbo charged, alternator etc. shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the schedule. (ii) All the spare parts required for carrying out the repair/ top overhauling of the engine shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the schedule. (iii) All items such as cleaning agent, Cotton Waste, grease, washer, minor nut bolts etc are required for carrying out the repair of the engine will be included in the quoted rate

Note: (i) Any repair/recalibration of FIP & Injector, Self Starter, Radiator, Turbo charged, alternator etc. shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the schedule. (ii) All the spare parts required for carrying out the complete overhauling of the engine shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the schedule. Dismantling and taking out the radiator fitted in 180 KVA capacity of DG sets and strip opening complete radiator assembly,for servicing mechanically and proper cleaning of tubes with using de-scaling solution, including repair of water tubes and top/ bottom tanks by soldering / gas welding of leakage of tubes/tanks. including replacement of gasket, nut bolts,etc ensuring perfectly leak proof after servicing of radiator, re-assembling and fixing the same in position and testing the system complete all as specified and directed . Notes :- (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this BoQ as `supply only ‘ but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets/ packing etc. (iii) The quoted rates of contractor are deemed to be included cost of transportation.

All as per item No.67 but for 110 KVA DG set of Make: Kirloskar Bliss/Kirloskar.

Dismantling and taking out the fuel pump system including injectors assembly fitted in 180 KVA capacity of DG sets and strip opening of fuel pump system for carrying out repair/ servicing /overhauling mechanically ,cleaning, oiling/greasing, fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, complete and calibration of Fuel Injection after repair/ servicing /overhauling and re-assembling and fixing the same in position and testing complete all as specified and directed . Notes :- (i) Repairs/servicing / reassembling and testing of Fuel injector pump shall be carried out through the authorised service center on testing machine. (ii) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. (iii) The quoted rates of contractor are deemed to be included cost of transportation.

Dismantling and taking out the fuel pump system including injectors assembly fitted in 110 KVA capacity of DG sets and strip opening of fuel pump system for carrying out repair/ servicing /overhauling mechanically ,cleaning, oiling/greasing, fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, complete and calibration of Fuel Injection after repair/ servicing /overhauling and re-assembling and fixing the same in position and testing complete all as specified and directed . Notes :- (i) Repairs/servicing / reassembling and testing of Fuel injector pump shall be carried out through the authorised service center on testing machine. (ii) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. (iii) The quoted rates of contractor are deemed to be included cost of transportation.

Dismantling and taking out all burnt windings from Armature, Main field, stator field and armature complete assembly and M& L for rewinding of alternator with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge size and turns and makers specifications including all associated insulating material such as separator and heat varnishing etc including both inner and outer bearing of existing size and model, after complete repair of alternator re-assembling and refixing the same in position including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out the self starter,12 Volt DC fitted in 110 to 180 KVA 3 phase 50 HZ of DG sets and strip opening of Self starter 12 Volt DC for carrying out repair/ servicing /overhauling mechanically,cleaning,oiling/greasing/varnishing, fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts, complete and re-assembling of Self starter after repair/ servicing /overhauling and fixing the same in position and testing complete all as specified and directed . Notes :- (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. (iii) The quoted rates of contractor are deemed to be included cost of transportation.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable including taking out old bricks from trenches and separating serviceable bricks and set aside for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well rammming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay dry river sand filling for under ground cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class B bricks of size 25cmx15cmx7.5cm for protection of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed.
