1. Repair of Veh BA No 11C-091308E (TATA Tata Mobile 207 ). (a) M&L for Engine Overhauling complete with piston ring set, Begaun set, Gasket set, Head Valve etc complete with all specified and as directed. (b) M&L for complete servicing of vehicle including washing of veh inside and outside with high pressure nozzle including replacement of following items :- (i) Fuel Filter – 01 Set. (ii) Oil Filter – 01 Set. (iii) Air Filter- 01 Each (iv) Bush Kit- 01 Each (v) Nipple Greasing – 01 Job. (iv) Transmission Oil Change – 01 Job. (c) Replacement of Clutch Plate. Opening of clutch plate complete, dismantling all parts checked and fitting with replacement of following complete fittings properly wheel alignment check adjusting properly and testing the same:- (i) Clutch plate & pressure plate- 01 Set (ii) Clutch Kit- Each- 02 (iii) End Rod- 02 Set (iv) Break Shoe- 02 Set (v) Bushing Set- 01 Set. (d) Replacement of following parts :- (i) Seat cover complete- Job - 01 (ii) Matting complete inside- Job- 01 (iii) Centre bolt- 02 Eachh (iv) U Clamp- 03 Each (v) Welding- 02 Job ( vi) Door handle-04 Each (e) Four wheel opening, repairing, greasing & fittings complete :- (i) Hub Greasing - 01 Each (ii) Wheel Balancing - 01 Eachh (f) Labour charge for all the above items- 01 Job
