CERTAIN REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT TO SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS SOAK WELLS OF ZONE-I AND II UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE NAGROTA.

Cleaning/clearing of sewage line (including manholes except 1st manhole) 100mm to 350mm bore of any description under ground any depth, removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling and de-chocking from drain with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV having facility of high pressure vacuum including provision of hydraulic application through high pressure thermoplastic fiber based water jetting hose and through conical round shaped nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including clearing of manhole, sludge water shall be disposed of directed including taking of manhole cover and re-fixing the same after cleaning, complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering/Desludging & cleaning of manhole of any depth, any size, taking out water mixed with sludge and solid sludge including any foreign materials such as stones, tree hedges etc, removing and depositing sludge at a distance not less than 20 meter in a ditch including necessary excavation of pits and covering with earth & spraying unslaked lime on the covered ditch as well as around the manholes to make hygienic including necessary flushing of manholes with water after desludging, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/Pumping out contaminated sewage water from septic tank/soakage well including inlet/outlet chamber after plugging incoming sewage line through combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV of capacity not less than 6000 Ltr each and facility of high pressure vacuum and removing and dumping off the same in the pit to a place out side cantonment at the place marked for the purpose by local municipality or the authority controlling area, complete all as specified and directed.

Desludging the solid sludge from septic tank, soakage well including inlet/outlet chamber, removing out all scum, silt reduce sludge (both organic/inorganic nature) after plugging the incoming sewage line through combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV and facility of high pressure vacuum and removing and dumping off the same in the tank to a place out side cantonment at the place marked for the purpose by local municipality or area controlling authority, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:for ser item No. 1.00 to 4.00:- (i)Soild sludge means bulky mass of sludge which remains at the bottom of septic tank/soakage will after pumping out/taking out sludge water. (ii) Contractors are advised to ascertain the place suitable/earmarked for disposal of sludge/sewage water from local municipality of area controlling authority before quoting their rates. Disposal of wastes at suitable place shall be sole responsibility of contractor and no represention or objection in this regard will be entertained at any later stages.

Cleaning of soil waste pipe (cast iron/PVC )75mm/100mm bore laid in ground any slope or gradient and depth 3m by roding taking out all residue from the lines/manholes including water and depositing at a distance not less than 20m in ditch finally covering the ditch with earth and spraying unslacked lime on the covered ditch as well as around the manholes to make hygienic including excavation of ditch testing of line by flushing water after cleaning etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No.5.00 here in above but embedded in ground or floor.

Cleaning/clearing of IWC/ EWC, gully trap /floor trap including CI pipe / PVC pipe upto first manhole by roding, taking out all residue including waste and testing by pouring water after cleaning etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Cleaning of PVC/CI pipe from first floor / ground floor embedded in floor or fixed to wall included in this item)

Cast iron oval access covers / inspection cover with bolts rubber gasket to make it water tight for 75mm/100mm bore CI fittings including taking out broken/ unserviceable cover with bolts etc and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Provided M & L for cleaning of all types of blockage of Nahni traps/floor traps/bottle traps, blockages of WC's, rain water pipes and similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Minimum two Labour shall be provided by the contractor on daily basis from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM incl all Tools & Plants and safety equipments. Each labour shall intertain complaints everyday in working hours. 2.The supervisor of Contactor shall take all complaints from the Complaint Cell and do the all on same day. 3.Futhermore, the feedback shall be given by the contractor/supervisor to concened JE from all aspect. 4. Recovery due to failing/non complaince of complaint within period of 48 hrs will be made from the contractor @ Rs. 200.00 per complaint per day

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of pipe etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and and mass concreate, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, band, bed plates and similar items including weathering slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throughting, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Loose filling of broken bricks of gauge 80 to 150 mm in soakage pit soakage well complete all as specified and directed

Mild Steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate) as in cover slab and similar articles including necessary moulds/form work set in Cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (Reinforced measured and paid separately).

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with using WPC (WPC to be measured and paid separately) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes incluing packing under and hanching against the sides of pipes after laying and tested of 150 mm bore dia drain pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 200mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes incluing packing under and hanching against the sides of pipes after laying and tested of 200 mm bore dia drain pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150mm dia slat glazed stoneware drain pipes laid in tenches and jointed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm bore dia reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drains and making good to pipes and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 1/4 section ) in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) smooth finished and reforming benching for 150mm dia of pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100 mm bore Cast iron waste and vent pipes sand cast in any length with or without ears with cement joints laid in floors or fixed to walls with all fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 300x 300 x 7 mm thick as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or beddding layer of CM 1:6 including dismantling of existing tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking down CI/PVC/AC pipes of exc 50 mm bore with all including fitting complte all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up 150mm drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete ) and set in cement mortar all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part - II) Amount of Rs.29,980.00 during AOC Note:- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule
