Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out complete, all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

PCC type B-2 (1:2:4), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified.

PCC type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified

PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in filling & mass concrete to securing chain link fencng from bottom side, complete all as specified.

PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates in surface channels and drains complete all as specified.

Cement concrete, type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in lintels up to 1.5 metre clear span, bed blocks, copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating including provision of necessary formwork, complete all as specified.

Precast RCC type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

Brick work using bricks as specified in PS-II clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Brick work using old size bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Brick work using bricks as specified in PS-II clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Brick work using old size bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS), straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Mild steel works in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) in-cluding all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., confirming to Fe-290-Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Framed mild steel work such as grills, grating etc. with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, railings and similar work confirming to Fe-290-Gde E-165, complete all as specified.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long, dia of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete, all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete, all as specified.

Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, IN REPAIR, complete all as specified.

Concertina coil with punched tape 600 mm dia with high tensile galvanised wire having diametre not less than 2.5 mm and blade size 15 mm x 12 mm x 0.5 mm, spacing of blade not more than 26 mm, fixed in position over walls etc. complete.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete, all as specified.

Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with tar or coal tar black paint, complete all as specified.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over steel & iron surfaces of any description n exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint including preparation of surfaces complete, all as specified.
