Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for steel members of Fence,gate etc complete all as spcified and as directed.

Demolition Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for drain,kerb stone,parapet etcconcrete etc all as diercted by the Engr in charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) (below or above ground level) and removing debris off the site complete all as spcified and as directed.

Demolition for brickwork or stone masonry laid with cement mortar or cement lime mortar

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 in depth; for foundation getting out hard/dense soil(Demolition of PCC block/stone masonry below ground level) all as directed by the Engr In Charge.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2, using( 40mm graded stone aggregate )as in foundation filling and mass concrete for manhole&Septic tank all as specified and as directed.

M& L for 75mm thick PCC type C-2(1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in pavings,plinth protection etc including finishthe surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as diercted by the Engr In charge.

M&L for Walling of random rubble,uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar in CM(1:6) as in retaining wall,toe wall etc complete.

Specification same as item No 9 above but using old stone obtained from demolition vide item No 5 above

M&L for Precast cement concrete block Type C1(1:3:6)(using 20 mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid solid blocks exc 10cm width and setting in mortar(1:6) complete.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,complete as in hard or dence soil all as directed.

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other,or screwed both ends,each screwed and to be fitted with washer and the hexogonel or square nut dia 5 to 10 mm not exc 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed

S&F MS round bar 10 mm dia fixed indepently including hooking ends for chain link fencing conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

S&F mild steel for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, prong ,water tank frame work,monkey gauge etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and pintel hinges or steel hanging door fittings, inclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides, CI ornaments fitting; also fastening and fixing complete and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E- 165 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 2 coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide zinc crome on new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described incl preperation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type and any thick complete all as specified and as directed

M&L 15mm thick rendering plaster on fair face of brick-work or concrete surface incl finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2, using( 40mm graded stone aggregate )as in drain / surface channel including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for appying two coat cement base paint over one coat chalk white primer on newly plastered surface including preperation of the surface all as specified and directed.,

Labour only for laying loose filling with aggregate broken stone or boulder of gauge 40mm to 63mm back of wall/weephole etc complete all as specified and as directed(Material obtained from exvavation /demoiltion of RRM/PCC bk masonry vide item No 5)

S&F UPVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length as in weep hole etc fixed to walls (110mm bore) complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm hard and dense soil

Removing excavated material not exc 50M and depositing where directed (Soils) at a level not exc.1.5 mtr above the starting point

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggragate as in steps,steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as directed

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep as in Hard/Dence soil for foundation etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Grubbing up tree trunk girth exceeding 30 but n.exc 100cm including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out as in hard/dence soil

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B- 1(1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation,Raft,column etc all as specified and dircted.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B- 1(1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth beam,tie beam,lintel beam, band etc all as specified and dircted.

M&L Providing 25mm thick cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate .as in floors for levelling course including finish the surface

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangle) area of each tile exc 0.06sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm, in floors and scantling etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified

Material and labour for Rendering in Cement Mortar 1:6, 10mm thick on Concrete or fair faces of brick work wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L 15mm thick rendering plaster on fair face of brick-work or concrete surface incl finish the surface even and smooth with using extra cement in CM 1:4 including mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed .(Note:- WPC shall be paid and measured sepparatly)

M&L 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, plinth protection etc. finished even & fair without using extra cement complete as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing newly plastered surfaces of external walls and applying one coat of exterior wall primer and two coats of Exterior Emulsion anti fungal weather proof paint APEX ULTIMA OF Asian Paint or WEATHER COAT SMOOTH of Berger complete all as per manufacturer instruction as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or old plastered surfaces of walls applying two coats of distemper, oil emulsion, as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof tile, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry all as specified

M&L in ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggragate steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as directed

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cmx30cmx 25mm thick ,set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments of required colour over 20mm thick thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete as specified and as directed.

M& L for for PCC type C-2(1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work complete all as diercted by the Engr In charge.
