Demolition of existing water storage tank of cement concrete in second floors/first floor and removing the demolished materials in low laying areas in the military station gaya.

M & L for providing PCC type B0, 1 : 2 : 4, (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete with using WPC.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers on external surfaces on brick/concrete in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC. Note :- WPC measured and paid separatly

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in ceiling/chajjas on external surfaces on brick/concrete in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC. Note :- WPC measured and paid separatly

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (Make : Sika Latex Power)

M & L two coat of cement base paint white or tinted on walls or fascia of roof or chajjas on new or old decorated prepared plastered/painted surfaces of bldg complete all specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick work using sub class old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs CPVC pipes 25 mm outer dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 includig all fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including necessary cutting/chasing of walls and floors complete.

S & F of Male Brass Threaded Adaptor (MTA/ MBTA) or Feale Brass Threaded Adaptor (FTA/ FBTA) complete.

S & F of CPVC Gate Valve 25 mm dia complete

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors and connecting with manholes or disposal place.

S & F 110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) bends with access door all as specified and as directed.

S & F of PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) 110 mm bore equal or unequal with acess door complete.

S&F of 1000 Lrts capacity white rotational Moulded ploythene water storage tank (cylinderical vertical with closed top) multilayered hoisted and fixed in position incl dismantling of existing tanks.

M & L Ball brass valves 25 mm, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC as per manufacturer instruction complete.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surfaces with super thermo APP modified water froofing membran comprssing of following for non-approachable roof:- (i) Removal of existing roof treatment and cleaning sweeping and washing and down with water to remove all dust etc from plastred roof surfaces/wall and filling of crack with sealing compound etc. (ii) Bitumen based primer conforming to IS 3384-1965 at 0.30 kg per sqm. (iii) One layer of super thermo APP modified water proofing membran with non polyster reinforcement of Make (M/S STP texsa Ltd/hyperplus membrane of M/S IWL India Ltd. M/S STP and Tikki Tar Ltd ) 3mm thick and minimum weight @ 3.50 Kg/sqm laid with gas torch and fasted on roof surfaces with roller. The over laps shall be sealed by flame including vertical surfaces after cutting necessary grooving and making good with PCC gola 1:2:4 type B1 etc adhere to bitumen all as per manufacturer instructions. (iv) Applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm per coat over bitumen layers as per manufacturer instruction (application including side lap overlaps shall be provided not less than 10cm and jointed sealed with torch as per manufacturer instruction specification.
