Manufacture, Supply and Installation in position 'L' shape Cubical Workstation as directed Modular workstation comprising of partitions, work surface, Cubical work station will be made of Wood based interior Grade Prelaminated Particle board with matching PVC edgeband on edges pested by hotmelt glue on required temperature by Throughfeed machine. SIZE :- 1500 (L) x 1500 (W) x 750mm /1200mm (H) Panel based Partitions :-Vertical partition members made of aluminium extrusion alloy of minimum 60x60 mm size having thickness of min 1.2mm for vertical members and that of 1.00mm thick for horizontal members duly finished with powder coating in desired shade/colour. Both the faces of vertical partition to be finished with prelaminated MDF finished on both sides. Top caps of partition shall be slightly curved/flat shape of aluminium alloy duly finished with powder coating in desired shade/colour. The partition should have the raceways for carrying voice and data wire and power cable, which should be separate from each other in the panel (One switch to control the UPS sockets below the desk and two raceways below the desk for power and data). Above table Panel in four part. Left -Magnetic panel, 2nd and 3rd panel for socket and pinup board, 4th panel for writing glass. Exposed passage side panel is also covered with suggested dual color soft fabric in suggested pattern. The height of partition shall be of min. 1200mm. All partition should have the provision of level adjuster to adjust the height of +-10mm. All metal components will be finished with powder coated in desired shalde/colour.100mm high metal skirting. 1200mm min. high partition thick panel based systems 1200mm(HT).Base shall be formed as approved powder coating on aluminium & fabric panel. Work Top:- Worktop shall be of 25mm thick prelaminated particle board with 2mm thick PVC edge banding finish with as per approved laminate color. Along with keyboard tray on telescoopic channels. Work top shall have 2mm PVC edging of approved make quality shade and colour on exposed area and 1mm on covered area. Storage Pedestal Drawer- Each Workstation has 3Drawer Pedestal unit of size 400mm L x 450mm D x 680mm made up of 18mm thk. Prelam particle board conforming to IS : 12823 Interior Grade with 3 Drawer ( 2 Drawer + 1 Filing ) with roller slide mechanism for 2 Drawers and Ball bearing slide for 1 Filng Unit

Providing and supplying a medium back chair with ergonomic design, comfortable & aesthetically appealing. The seat shall be made of 15mm thick hot pressed commercial plywood and the back shall be made of metal insert pipe frame padded with high resilience polyurethane foam 40mm thick having density 40kg/m³ in seat and 19mm thick having density 23kg/m³ in back. The same shall be upholstered with leatherite tapestry 0.8mm thick and 535 GSM. The backrest shall be made by keeping the natural curvature of the spine which helps to provide full back support. The chair shall be supplied with chrome plated metal arm with black integral polyurethane top. For seating durability the chair shall have synchro knee tilt 360 degree revolving mechanism having four position locking and tilt tension adjustment with anti-shock feature which provides back strength for the chair. The pneumatic seat height adjustment for healthy seating, user can adjust seat height up to 65mm with BIFMA standard class-3 gas-lift to suit them using the lever under the seat. The gas-lift mechanism should be tested as per ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2011 standards. The Pedestal should have five legged MS CRCA chrome plated having pitch circle dia. 660 mm fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The castors of the chair should be injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon, confirming to ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2011 standard tested to perform 98,000 cycles with 250lbs load. The seat size shall be 460±10 mm(D) X 475±10 mm(W) and back size shall be 465±10 mm(W) X 510±10 mm(H) from seat. Overall height shall be = 980±10 mm, overall depth = 620±10 mm & overall width = 560±10 mm.

Supplying & placing storage unit with an overall size 1590mm X 400mm X 1200mm. The storage shall be made up of Pre-laminated particle board of grade II of IS 12823 with approved laminate and finish as per approved shade. The top shall be made up of 25mm thick and other parts like side, back, shutter, facia, skirting shall be 18mm thick. The edges shall be sealed with thin strip of impermeable PVC that is cut to fit the size of board panel and duly pasted with the assistance of edge banding machine at 200 degree Celsius. The storage shall be supplied with 2 nos. of shelves. Door shutters shall be provided for opening and closing the storage. The shutter shall be operated with concealed crank hinge and die cast handle as well as proper locking arrangement. To protect the wall from kicks, abrasion and serve as a decorative moulding, skirting shall be provided at bottom. There shall be buffers provided at the bottom to avoid scratches on the floor. The boards used should meet international standards of quality and safety, Indian standard IS 12823 grade II should meet long time load bending, screw-withdrawal strength, modulus of elasticity bending tested as per IS 2380. The manufacturer shall have quality and safety assurance like ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015 and ISO-18001:2007 issued from NABCB accrediated agency, BIFMA membership, Green Guard Gold certified from UL and AIOTA in office furniture range certification. Dis-assembling existing modular workstations, placing carefully, transporting within site to different location, assembling again at required location all completed.
