Supply laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches passing through pipe/ ducts/ surface of wall ceiling etc including testing after laying complete all as specified., make- Polycab/Havells/Gloster

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth for laying of cable or pipes (where provided for protection of cable) etc and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and all as directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' laid flat in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

S & F of tubes light grade of 80 mm bore galvanised with all fitting for cable protection trenches/ wall/ on pole including necesarry clamps sets and nut & bolts complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connecting to and including galvanised iron strip 25mm X 4mm (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of GI and GI strip protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 40mm bore upto test point including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-15, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of reinforced cement concrete M-15 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 3 mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metres long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion. NOTE :- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5 metre long galvanised iron strip 25mm X 4mm size and protection pipe of 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade.

S&F and connection of on load change over switch with steel sheet enclosure of capacity 100Amp 4 pole, front lever operated on wall/ surface witth necessary fastner nuts complete all as specified, make-Havells, cat part No-IHCNFE0100 or eqvt in Schneider/L&T/Legrand

S&F MCCB four pole 100 amps, 25 KA thermally adjustable between 70 to 100% including 4 spreader link set of same make as that of MCCB for connection, required lugs as required. Make - Legrand cat ref no 420055 or equivalent in C&S/Schneider or Hager as approved.

S&F MCB of 'C' series of capacity 63 Amps, 415 Volts, 4 Pole having breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size provided in MCB DBs complete all as specied and directed by Engr-in-charge, Make- Legrand Cat Part No 4087 02 or Eqvt in C&S/Schneider/Hager
