Note : i) Spare part used in complaint is measured and paid seperately under relavant item. ii) Cost of Tools and special equipments used to attend the complaint is included in quotated rate. iii) In case not attended the complaint with in the 04 hours after intimation Rs. 500/- penalty will be levied to the contractor. iv) Normal hardware, like nuts, bolts, washers, cotton west, gland dori, grease, oil, anti rust spray, rubber gasket packing, should be used in complaint is included in quotated rate.

Labour only to visit the monthly basis to all pump house of entire area of GE (MH & RH) to check all sluice valve for leakage or any mechanical problem in operating of valve (spindal problem or gate problem) make it good and proper serviceable upto entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed.
