Dismantling of floor, health or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical surface such as dado/skiriting etc of size 350mm x 250mm /450mmx350mm x 6 to 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical surface such as dado/skiriting etc of size 200mm x 300mm x 6 to 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 8 to 10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match (light shade) fixed over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered colour cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors / steps fixed over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape, colour and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade fixed over and including sand filling of minimum 50mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 CM thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate 75 thick as in sub base to flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, surface finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only glass dividing strips, 3mm thick and 28mm width and inserted in position to conform to design complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished even fair complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 4mm plain mild steel wire galvanised class 3 (dia of wire 4mm) in fencing/cloth line with pvc coated including straining and fixing to steel post and to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire or staples or steel pins etc including removing of old wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming dummy joint grad 'A' 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering (in two layers) on brick work or concrete sufaces, 1st layer 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and 2nd layer in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement , surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6,surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling, surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer and including 1mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade (100% acrylic) of silver steak shade of asian paint over a coat of primer on prepared external surfaces of walls of any description over 10 cm width or girth etc on column/ pillars, RCC chajja and facia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying three coat of white wash on ceiling including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying three coat of white wash on wall including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plain exceeding 6m means radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick fixed over and including 20mm thick CM 1:4 cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including backing coat 10 mm thick CM 1:4 cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone slab one edge, such as in steps cooking platform and other similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC nominal mix Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan of Orissa pattern long pan size 580x 440 mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including lime concrete bedding including 100mm bore traps P or S completer all as specifed and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for sunken portion all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floors as per per manufacturer's instructions with the following specification:-. (a) 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with and including water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction. (b) Applying evenly a coat of bitumineous primer @ 0.5 litre per Sqm (c) Applying evenly a coat of hot blow bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm (d) Applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weighing 3kg/sqm laid on primed surface by LPG forced torch application with a side & end overlaps of minimum 100 mm. (e) Applying evenly a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/ 25 grade @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over water proofing membrane (f) Testing for water tightness by water ponding at least 72 hours.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as Sub in base of flooring complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair water closet pedestal vitreous china white pattern (EWC) including white colour seat cover and connection to drain and to flush pipe & mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device etc (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including 100mm bore traps P or Scomplete all as specified and directed.
