CA NO GE(U)/CHM-40/2026-27 REPAIRS TO COMPOUND WALL, FENCING, DRAINS, STORM DRAINS CULVERT AND FOOTPATH ETC UNDER AGE B/R (CH) OF GE (U) CHANDIMANDIR

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in floors / pavings, (below or above ground level) and of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations, fillings and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge.

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, seismic and other similar bands, benching, coping, bed blocks, apex stones and kerbs etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in louvres and jallies, 45mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately) set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' old size burnt bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L Brick work, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 except bricks all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (Note : Serviceable bricks retrieved from dismantling of brick work will be used.)

S & F mild steel work as in posts, struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, and necessary provision of notch including welding and cutting at bottom etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F mild steel work as in round bars and flats and similar articles etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 bent to shape and drilling of holes for posts etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work for water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Fixing only of chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh size and type to any type of standard rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
