Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring ie. light, fan, socket or power/points complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of ceiling, walls, floors, etc.

Material and Labour for Point wiring complete with proper colour coding using, 1100 volts grade, 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated FRLS, unsheathed wire with multi stranded copper conductor conforming to IS-694, part-II, ISI marked and including PVC casing and caping not less than 25 mm size, ISI mark with all accessories on wall/ceiling/floor/roof etc, including suitable size of PVC board or uni modular PVC board with including plate and frame cover with ISI marked for fixing of modular or non modular fittings including 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, 1100 volts multistranded copper conductor green colour as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified and directed for the following :- NOTE : Circuit conductor from MCB DB to Switch boards should not be less than 2.5sqmm.

Make of Light Fitting : Wipro Cat Part No D53206520 watts or BN 021C LED 20S PSU CW GR S2 of Philips or BCLSB20WH LED of Bajaj.

Taking down unserviceable FTL/ Bulk Head fitting and supply and fix Bulk head fitting IP-43 with die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant glass and galvanised wire guard and pin type holder with 9 Watt LED lamp including replacement of old unserviceable ceiling rose with earth terminal connection, 3 terminal/PVC/ Polycarbonate, isolated body. Make of Bulk head- Halonix, Cat No- HBH0110CFMO or BJDB100BC of Bajaj or equivalent in CG/Surya/ Wipro/C&S.

S & F MCB DB SPN conforming to IP 43 - IK 09 with acrylic door, 8 way complete with din rail, Neutral and Earthing bar after taking out the old unserviceable DBs, connection complete and making good the disturbed surfaces.

Taking down old Ceiling fan from site and overhauling of ceiling fan any size and Make, dismantling parts, properly cleaning/removing old existing grease oil and applying new oil grease, varnishing of winding,replacement of old unserviceable petty spare with new, cleaning dust rust, spray painting complete and assembling and connecting complete with copper conductor multi stranded 3 core wire of size 14/0.0076, and testing after refixing at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Rate of petty items like Canopy, bushes, bearing cap, capacitor and down rod shall be included in the above quoted rate.

All as per Item No 11.00 above but exhaust fan of any make and size.

Taking down deteriorted louvers and supplying and fix new louvers fixed type made out of 1.6mm GI sheet with horizontal ventilation, machine pressed cutting for horizontal ventilation with flat iron base of complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for rewinding of exhaust fan with super enamelled copper wire of same size/gauge, no of turns as per existing, varnishing, oiling and greasing of any make of size 230/300/380/450mm sweep by dismantling its parts and replacing petty items with new as required such as Nuts, Bolts, washers, bushes, ball bearing, cap, fan shaft, rotor, capacitor 2.5/4 Mfd, body cover and cleaning of exhaust fan body and its blade by cleaning agent, assembling, and connecting complete with copper conductor multi stranded 3 core wire of size 14/0.0076, and testing after refixing at site. Note: Rate of petty items to be replace shall be included in quoted rate

Cutting hole in existing concrete or brick wall suitable for fixing 300mm sweep exhaust fan making good the hole including proper internal plaster work and surface finish in side and outside the hole as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down unserviceable sub main and M&L for submain wiring in PVC conduit using 2 runs of 4 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLS incl single run of 4 sqmm stranded conductor as earth wire drawn in PVC casing caping all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge. Make of cable: Finolex/L&T/Havells.

Taking down old existing unserviceable panel and supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT panel cubical indoor type for 415V, CPRI approved 3 phase, made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet weather, vermin proof factroy fabricated front open hinged door with locking arrangement powder coated painting and suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, with copper busbar strip of suitable capacity with necessary clamps, nuts, bolts and washers, floor mounted type and made with angle iron 40x40x5 mm thick, legs of size 1.00 Mtr Long from floor level and painted with two coats powder coated spray painting over two coats of red oxide primer incl foundation in PCC all as specified & Directed by Engineer - in- Charge consisting of following :-

S & F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc by using galvanised iron 32×6mm strip as eartlung lead all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of old Architrave from lift landing door at different floors and disposing of debris out side MD area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick mirror polished black granite slab, machine cut mirror polished cladding set on vertical surface all around the lift facial elevation including cement mortar backing 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) granite slab set and jointing in cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of granite for lifts architrave at all floors as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for breaking chipping cleaning of the surface and disposing of debris and repair to concrete cracks after opening in V groove and filling with PMM (1.3) admixed with Shalicrete and Injection grouting to be done at 1 meter c/c with cement slurry admixed with shaligrout IP @ 1 kg per 50 kg bag of cement including application of primer and 2 coats of ShaliCem-EWP as per methodology, making the lift well completely seepage and dampness free, all as directed.

Taking down old conventional SV/MH street light fitting and S&F LED 120 Watts in Aluminium PDC housing, toughened glass cover in IP66 protection including making electric connection from Loop box to fitting complete as directed. Make : Wipro Cat No-LR02-132-XXX-30-G2 or C&S Cat- LTESSI120WLED or Bajaj Cat-BRTFG120WLEDWW.

Taking down old conventional SV/MH/Halogen flood light and S&F LED flood light luminaires 350 Watts with secondary optices made in pressure die cast housing and heat sink in aluminium extrusion with IP66 and making electric connection from Loop box to fitting including making base frame with flat iron for mounting of light and fixing with nut bolt as required complete including taking out old u/s light fitting of any type as directed. Supply and fixing PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor of size 3 core 2.5 Sqmm in connection of FRP type looping box to street light fitting connector, passing through steel tubular pole complete with fixing arrangement after taking out old u/s one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in relplacement with cable PVC insulated four core over all PVC sheathed 6 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable for connecion from looping box to street light/ post top/ security light fittings including taking out old one.

S&F Garden RGB LED bollard light fitting of 36 Watt with Poly Carbonate body, High pressure die cast with end cap of Aluminium extruction and Base plate mounted, silicon gasket, Opel diffuser with controller including Metal CV type driver with 80% efficiency, 240V, 40-60 Hz. including making PCC foundation base for mounting of bollard light and making all required electric connection for light with multicore wire after taking out old one. S&F in replacement with LED facade batten light of 36 Watt, 4 feet with RGB wall washer made up of pressure die cast housing with aluminium, LED with lense, IP-65, with stand and cover including driver and remote control operated including frame for mounting of light as required and making all electrical connection compete all as directed. Cat No-AL-36-4 of Make-Signature lights or equivalent of Bajaj/Philips/Wipro.

All as per Item No 35.00 above but LED fasad batten light of 2 feet, 18 Watt. Cat No-AL-18-2 of Make-Signature lights or equivalent of Bajaj/Philips/Wipro.

Taking out old HPSV/ MH flood light and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of exterior rated IP65 LED RGBW 40W floodlight all in one luminaire. Luminaire should produce millions of saturated colours and pastels. Die-cast aluminium construction, powder-coated finish with IK08 protection, luminaire with beam angle spread of 105⁰, Input Voltage 140 – 277 VAC, 50 Hz controlled via Flood light android APP via Bluetooth including clamp, frame and stand for mounting of light. S&F in replacement of 20 W LED RGB under water fountain light IP 68 luminaire, size- 190mmx250mm with stainless steel housing with driver including necessary stand for fixing of fountain light with mounting base including making all electrical connection complete. Cat No- SZCFRPX020-RGB of Shakti or Make- Bajaj/Signature light.

S&F in replacement of 12 W LED RGB under water light IP 68 luminaire, size- 190mmx250mm with stainless steel housing with mounting base including making all electrical connection complete. Cat No- SZCFRPX012-RGB of Shakti or Make- Bajaj/Signature light.

S&F Decorative Ornamental Cast iron Pole of height upto 2.5 Mtr with base dia of 200mm, bottom-210mmx450mm with cast iron embellishment, joints, column sections with cross cutting groves etc cast iron design including cast iron designed double arm bracket for lantern . The pole shall be painted with polyurethane paint of approved colour finish including fixing and grouting on PCC plateform of 60cm above ground level with the help of Nuts, bolts and washer, making all electrical conection to light fitting after taking out old CI pole and necessary PCC work, all as directed.
