Taking out old corroded ACSR conductor including insulators cross arms from LT Pole of any size including disconnecting the connectio from LT Panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and Laying XLPE LT Cable of size 150 Sq MM 3.5 Core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE LT cable insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire and over all PVC sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS-7098 (Par-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge . (Note : (i) Excavation earth work sand cushioning PCC cover protection and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of the schedule).

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying cables including getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning ,filling in any type of soil and spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus exvavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply local sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand, over and under the underground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protectio including consolidation, 80mm thick to the authorised width as per SSR before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precased cable cover LV type 1 size 250x150x40mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection fixed to poles with clamps/along wall/floor/under road/across the drain or nallah all as specified and directed. Make Jindal,/Prakash/Tata

Taking down Unserviceable /Worn out Busbar Chamber and Supply and fixing busbar chamber 4 strip 320 Amps 600mm long made out ot MS sheet 16 SWG mounted on suitable size of angle iron frame openable with locking arrangment spray painted internally and externally with two coats of smooke grey synthetic enamelled paint Ist quality over a coat of red oxide primer, with copper bus 50 x 8mm (copper strip) and insulated with insulation tapes of different colour codes 04 Nos with 3 nos cable entry holes including connection of existing LT cable with suitable size of lugs all as specified and and as directed. NOTE : Excavation and shifting of cable is deemed to be including in overall rates quoted.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm tthick buried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 3.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 2.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32X6mm thick by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of iron or steel including test point PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade proection pipe up to test point etc including excavation and charcoalt ,common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I and taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Cable route indicator writing "MES LT U/G Cable " and route of cable with arrow, made out of Cast iron in round shape of size 150 Mm dia with 900 MM leg of angle iron 40x40x6, fixed in PCC pre cast Block 250mmx250mmx300mm complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Route indicator shal be fixed at a span of 30 mtr along the cable in truly vertical order 600 mm length shall be embedded in the ground. (ii) PCC and earth work are included in over all rate of this items)

Dedcuct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 14720.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
