Removing/ cleaning of shrubs / grass / plants over RCC roof, chajja, wall of building of any plinth area and for any storeyed including scrapping of all algaes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, bed block for holdfasts, filling in pressed steel door frames, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in landing, cover slabs (for manholes etc), chullah hoods, chajja, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 Nominal Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls ,beams and coloumns in floors,roofs,landings, kitchen slabs etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L repair to broken/damaged RCC chajjas by making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or cement mortar 1:3 rendering 15mm thick mixed with water proofing compound to top & sides and soffits in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work, reinforecement duly welded if required including demolition of broken/loose PCC or taking down old plaster upto a height of 9mtrs complete all as specified and as directed.
