Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil) for laying of cables, GI pipe or filling of earth resistance enhance compound and getting out including levelling of bottom suface to required level complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of size 20 mm bore including fixing accessories such as saddles, nuts, bolts, washers and pipe hooks etc.

M/L for Sub Main wiring complete with 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm, single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable,1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor drawn through with and including PVC conduit of size 20mm fixed on surface wall / floors / concealead / pole etc, with one run of PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm copper conductor wire for eart continuity conductor including taking down old u/s wiring complete all as specified and directed Note :- Two Nos of 1.5 Sqmm Wire and One No of 1.5 Sqmm Earth wire shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning LT underground cables XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductors, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 2 core including taking down unserviceable cable, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Supply, errect and fixing in replacement Pre-cast RCC pole, M-30 design mix 9.0 metres long, having 150mm x 125mm at top and 350mm x 250mm at bottom, including reinforcement with high strength deformed steel TMT bars and necessary form work and ereating in position all as specified / shown on drawing and as directed. Supply and fixing in replacement MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of LT PCC poles complete including preparation of exposed surface by removing old paint from the body, cleaning the surface with thinner and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint including cross arms, MS strap, nuts, bolts, washers, cable protection pipe wherever provided etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint and painting of bottom area of pole upto 2.1 m from ground level with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layer (30 cm wide) with black and yellow paint including writing pole numbers in white letter of approved size on black ground complete all as specified and directed.
