NIT 21 Repair and Maintenance of all types and sizes of pipeline under City Sub Division-IX N , Mistrikhana, Urban water supply scheme, Jaipur

Maintenance of distribution/ rising/transfer main pipeline. Maintenance of pipeline irrespective of size & material which includes repairing of Bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removing of choking, disconnection of illegal connections, collection & recording minimum 10 Nos. residual chlorine samples during supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution / rising main pipeline of all sizes by digging out suitable size pit in soft and loose soil/hard soil including cutting of Black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipes and upto ground level. For entire job contractor will use their own T&P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de-watering , JCB & Tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of rising and distribution pipeline network within the scope of work for per km pipe line per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the department.

Minimum labour for a following Kms Pipeline to be deployed.

101 Km to 200 Km- Two Fitter -II & Four Beldar for Each Chowki Chowki-IV( Length of pipeline 143 KM X 12 Month= 1716 KM/year ) Chowki-V( Length of pipeline 180 KM X 12 Month= 2160 KM/year )

Daily periodical operation & maintenance of valves at supply times specfied by department. (Valve rod and cap to be arranged by contractor)

80-300 mm ( 34 Valves X 12 Month= 408 Valves/Year) Chowki-IV 80-300 mm ( 36 Valves X 12 Month= 432 Valves/Year) Chowki-V

350 mm-800 mm( 6 Valves X 12 Month= 72 Valves/Year) Chowki-IV 350 mm-800 mm( 3 Valves X 12 Month= 36 Valves/Year) Chowki-V
