M&L for vitrified tiles 9-10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match with shade of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles 9-10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in skirting/dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match with shade of tiles including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat to receive skirtings/dado complete all specified and directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC, 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm size graded stone aggregates) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, coping, roof padding, covering in chajjas and similar works rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts of 16 to 20 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 15 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface or on roof surfaces in CM 1:3 using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed Note : supply of WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface as in ceiling, chajja, roof projection etc. finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/block masaonry work or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for rendering 20 mm thick in two layer first layer is 10mm thick in CM (1:6) and second Layer is 10mm thick in CM (1:4) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on stone Masonry surfaces and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be used in top layer only and shall be measured and paid separately.
