Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'C' curve, 6-32 Amp capacity, miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including 4 mm dia galvanized earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate No 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following: - (a) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm. (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore medium grade and copper lugs etc all as specified. (e) 15 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of earthing. Note: (1) The earth resistance shall be less than 1 ohms after completion of earthing. If the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for 1050mm dia punched type concertina coil (50 turns per coil) 0.50mm thick low carbon heavy galvanised cold steel as per IS:513, conform to heavy galvanised high tensile spring steel wire as per IS-4454 and conforming to heavy duty steel clips as per IS-2062 deep drawn quality and galvanising coating (minimum 230 GSM) has medium barbs of specification barb length 24+1mm pitch between two barbs 35+1mm and approximate weight of coil shall be 15.50 kg per coil and shall not be less than as per relevant IS specifications all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing hot pressed moulded Glass reinforced polyester sheet moulding compound (SMC) Junction box of dimensions 250mm x 200mm x 100mm, SMC conforming to IS: 13410:1992 Grade S 1, thickness of SMC sheet not less than 1.5mm, outdoor type, single door hinged with front side opening, weather proof, suitable locking arrangement at front, arrangement for incoming and out going cable entry at the bottom, earthing arrangement using one No. of Earthing bolt of MS with 2 nuts and 2 washers provided on RH side of box, Earthing sign has to be provided near to earthing bolt complete all as specified and comprising of the followings items as under:- (a) single phase and neutral bus bar duly colour coded of capacity 100 Amps using aluminium strips of size 25mm x 4mm mounted on epoxy resin base insulators, drilled holes for cable connection on bus bar including provision of PVC cable of suitable size and length from bus bar to MCB. (b) MCB 'C' curve, SP 6-32 Amps - 01 No (c) Provision of clamp for mounting on pole/wall, clamp made from 20mm x 1.5mm flat iron of suitable shape and length duly fixed with nuts & bolts on the rear side of box

Supply and fixing cable route indicator at the distance of 50 mtrs or as per site requirement, each made of 45 x 45 x 5mm angle iron, 60mm long embedded in PCC block of suitable size with moulded letters "LT Cable" suitably inscribed on 8mm thick CI circular plate, 100 mm dia including painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including necessary PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregates), block of suitable size and necessary earth work and excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of PCC/hard standing/WBM road cutting not exceeding 20 cm in width not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing LT cable and making good disturbed surface to match with the xisting surfaces by using old and new material i.e bitumen/PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mmgraded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.
