REPAIRS TO RIGID ROADS AND PAVEMENT IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R - II UNDER GE (N) AHMEDNAGAR

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified.

Earth work in excavation in any kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick Cement concrete in sub base of floors in PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 39.10 Kg/ Sqcm, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 320 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1 .39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 °C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted by Mechanical means including curing and tining by Texturing and required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause -10.1.14 and Tabl~ 9 of IRC' 15-2017 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick Cement concrete in base of floors type B- 2, PCC 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick, factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 80 mm thick, factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 20 mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for 150 mm thick slab complete all as specified and directed.
