M&L for boring of holes for laying of cable by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique horizontaly boring machine at depth not less than 2 mtr below ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of HDPE pipe of 140 mm dia suitable for PN-6 (PE-63) working pressure confirming to IS-4984-2016 for protection of cable 11000 V grade in trenchless boring for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches/pits in any type of soft soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in with the earth obtained from excavation including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made as per IS-5820-1970, class HVP, type 1, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for clean and dry sand (unwashed) in trenches around the cable for cushioning complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Sand cushioning 8cm before laying the cabel and 15cm after laying the cable & punned down 18cm and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in pipes/ ducts/ poles/ trenches/ under floor/under road XLPE insulated cable screened PVC heavy duty with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volt grade (earthed) of cross section area 95 Sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cable end termination heat shrinkable type 11 KV grade suitable for sizes of XLPE cable 95 Sqmm 3 core indoor type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cable route indicator made of 15mmx15mmx6mm thick, MS plate welded with 8mmx30cm long MS rod grouted in PCC block of size 0.2x0.2x0.3m and writing HT cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for erection of two pole structure made of steel tubular pole 11 mtr long (SP-55) including excavation up to the depth of 1.8 mtr below ground level and filled with PCC 1:3:6 using 40mm stone aggregate and coping of size 450x450x450mm with PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm stone aggregate, including supporting MS channel having length 1.8 mtr of size 75x40x6mm (03 Nos) ISMC and flat iron clamps of size 50x6mm (12 Nos) cable etc including painting to steel surface with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of suitable enamel primer, complete all as specified and directed.
