M&L preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 5Kg/10 sqm using VG-30 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous, macadam using 4% binder( paving bitumen VG-30 ) content by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified & directed. (i) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant, transported from plant to work site and laid/ spread by mans of mechanical paver. (ii) Filler for semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be stone dust @ 2% of total mix.

Repairs to potholes any depth not exceeding 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud , or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads ,paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (incl supply of road metal). (i) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant, transported from plant to work site and laid/ spread by mans of mechanical paver. (ii) Filler for semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be stone dust @ 2% of total mix.

(i) Premix concrete shall be mixed in hot plant, transported from plant to work site and laid/ spread by mans of mechanical paver. (ii) Filler for semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be stone dust @ 2% of total mix.

M & L for cleaning and preparing the road surface and marking with reflective thermoplastic white/yellow road marking paint conforming to BIS-3262, laid through road marking machine in 2.5 mm thick layer of CRYSTALEX using 5 Kg material per square meter by incorporating the white glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm for reflectivity for lines,dashes, arrows, zebra marking etc all as specified and as directed. Make : Asian Paints/Shalimar paints/Berger as approved by GE. Note :- I. Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off trafic from green work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light.

S&F in repairs solar cat eyes (solar studs) made of aluminium dicasted body, 100% waterproof, both side reflectors, designed according to IP 65 of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm with shank not less than 60mm length, high efficiency mono crystaline solar panel(2.5 V/0.3 watt), one Ni-Mh or Ni-cd rechargable battery (1.2 V/1600 MA) having six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd (millicandela), view distance upto 1000 metre and flush road bearing capacity 10 MT, fixing in road by drilling a hole and with epoxy hardner etc as per manufacturer's instructions at the location complete all as directed. Model/Make: 3 M/ 7M/'DHRUV' of Dark Eye as approved by GE.

S&F in repair solar delinator 1200 mm long flashing rate 30 times per minute Electronically operated with Solar cell, Battery NI-CD 1.2 V bottom frame aluminum, reflective frame Polycarbonate. Grouted in PCC Block of 30cmx30cmx30cm of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm grade crushed stone aggregate) and including necessary excavation, earth work and removal of soil, complete as per manufacturers instructions & as directed. Make : 3M/7M/ DHRUV Dark Eye as approved by GE.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 75mm thick 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor fcomplete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block 80 mm thickness any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 Grade laid over sand cushing complete all specified and directed. Note :- Sand cushioning will measured and paid seperately.

Supply and laying of sand including spreading, levelling and ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick in each layer complete all as directed

M&L Pre-cast (Factory casted) cement concrete Kerb block casted in PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with plan or interlocking joints (as directed) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting and jointed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

Surface Excavation not exceeding 30 Cm deep and averaging 15 Cm deep and getting out in Hard/dense soil for repair of road side berms.

S&F in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA-972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

M&L moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering

Removing excvated soil n exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 above starting point.
