Earthwork excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying cables / pipes / erection of poles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and all as directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fine seived excavated dry soil laid to the required width of trench at botom and top of cable as cushioning to cable complete all as specified . Note :- Thickness shall be measured after punning

Supply and laying 3 core 120 sqmm HT UG Cable XLPE insulated with multistranded aluminium conductor armoured with galvanised steel wire / taps 11000 volts grade conforming to IS specifications in trenches/poles/wall etc including taking out and removing old unservicable cable and deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of four pole structure including GOD, insulators, cross arm, ACSR Conductor, lighting arrestor complete and deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11kV Extensible Ring Main Unit, Outdoor type, Motorized, 3 Way with IP54 floor Mounted with metering enclosure comprising of vacuum circuit breaker - 1 No. as incomer & Motorized Isolator (LBS) - 2 Nos. as rated 630A having short circuit capacity 21kA/3Sec, permanently enclosed in a tank 3.15 mm thickness, made up of MS sheet or equiivalent as IP 67 protection with following accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make :CG/ ABB

(c) The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (i) Primary injection test & Secondary injection test individually at site after erection and before commissioning (ii) RMU drawings shall be approved by the Accepting officer before placing the order (iii) Factory inspection test shall be carried out in the presence of Representative of Accepting officer at factory premises (iv) All other makes of components pertains to RMU which is not specified in the CA shall be the reputed make as recommended by the OEM (v) All miscellaneous items required for satisfactory completion of the job as per Manufacturer's instruction (vi) Pre - commissioning test shall be carried out by the SEI / EI before issue of completion certificate of the work (vii) No channel partners for panels shall be accepted.(e) Anything missed out of the above, but technically required for efficient working of RMU shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron/steel strip of size 32X6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iron, protected by GI pipe light grade 15 mm dia and connected to main control board all as shown in Electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, salt, charcoad dust, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber, RCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6 mm dia MS bar at 100 mm centre to centre both ways and MS 6 mm dia hook complete all as specified and directed.
