Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out of soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. NOTE (READ CAREFULLY BEFORE QUOTING RATE):- 1. Work execute manually (JCB machine will not be used). 2. Removing complete dampness of garbage back side of all Residential Bldg (i.e, Cariappa Vihar, Stn Wksp EME, 1811 PNR Coy & 226 ASC Coy) and maintain plinth level of Bldgs. 3. During the execution of work, In case of any damage to the GAS PIPE LINE or water supply pipe etc., the contractor will have to get it repaired/replaced at his own cost and nothing extra payble on this acount.

Removing excavated material (soil) exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm of soil all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 5 above but except brick.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work surface in cement mortar (1:4) with including Water Proofing Liquid’. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core, broken to gauge n exc 63mm, broken stone boulders complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2, 75 mm thick as in plinth protection, surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in alternate bays each bay n.exc 3.0m in length with joint filled with bituminous mastic complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick sand cushion/Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 60 mm thick Coloured cement concrete interlocking paver blocks hydraulically pressed of compressive strength not less than M-40 grade complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Machine pressed cement concrete chequered tiles 30cm X 30cm X 25mm thick machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and pointed with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/bed block including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary form work required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 8-10 mm thick vitrified light shade tiles (squqre/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling of tiles and removal of rubbish removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 176000.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
