Dismantling, leading, lifting, shifting, loading, transporting and unloading of Switch Ger panels etc., from ETPS to TTPS

Charges for racking out all the 6.6 KV SIEMENS make Vacuum Circuit breakers and bus PT (Potential Transformer) (3150 A VCBs-6Nos., 2000A VCBs -26 Nos., Bus PTs -4Nos., Incomer Isolator- 4Nos.) from the 6.6 KV SIEMENS make switch gear panel and shifting and leading the same to repair bay from switch gear room (2nd floor of building) by breaking the wall and providing proper chain block arrangements.

Charges for replacing of all the top and side cover plate of main bus bar chamber, removal of bus bar from the supporting insulator and removal of male contact, supporting insulator in each panel of 6.6 KV SIEMENS make switch gear at new common switch gear room / ETPS and leading the main bus bar, supporting insulator and male contacts to the repair bay.

Charges for loosening and removing the bolt and nuts of the HT switch gear panel fixed with adjacent panel, releasing of incoming and outgoing feeders power cable, control cables (AC/DC and inter panel looping cables), relay and meters etc,. Lifting & shifting the panel using chain block and transporting the same to the repair bay from new common switch gear room at ETPS.

Leading, lifting and shifting the released HT switch gear panels, breakers, bus PTs, bus bars, relay and meters etc, (Panels-32 Nos., 3150 A VCB panels-5Nos., 2000A VCB panels- 18 Nos., Bus PT panels -2 Nos., Incomer Isolator panels- 4Nos. and Bus trucking & Cabling panel -3 Nos., 3150 A VCB - 6 Nos., 2000A VCB - 26 Nos., Bus PT - 4 Nos. and Incomer Isolator- 4 Nos.) in to the lorry with proper packing, covering, tightening with ropes, transporting from ETPS to TTPS and unloading at TTPS site.
