SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.50 m deep for foundation or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar as in wall including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser No.2 but except brick

Demolition of plain cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thick above or below ground level including removal of spoils/ demolished materials not exceeding 50m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (un-reiforced) of any description and in any position or roof surfaces and removing the debris off the premiss complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/paving/hard standing/floor and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M/L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in coping to retaining walls/steps/parapet /base of railing post etc, including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforeced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not therwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC A1, 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC, A1 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, seimic bands, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC A1, 1:1.5:3 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillar, piers, posts and struts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of colums, plinth beams rough finished surfaces and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beams haunchings, girders, bressumers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc. in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions in rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cutting cranking, hooking end and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cutting, cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde-E-165 completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new and previously un-treated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in single layer, to fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately as "Supply only

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two cats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of weather coat paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of weather coat paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out mud,silt by mechanical process or manual process from static water tank depth nexc 3.5metre removing and transporting the same to a distance exc 50m but n exc 250m and depositing in excavated earthen pit of sufficient size and depth in soft and loose soil within the defence land, where directed including returning, filling of earth in excavated pit after every disposal of sludge complete all as spcified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of existing surface from contaminants such as grease, coal tar and oil based products etc with wire brush and findout the sources of leakages, old loose plaster, sharp edges, rough surfaces that could damage the membrane will should be removed and surface will be made clean, dry,and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Making groove of size 12 mm x 12 mm along the crack line and sealing the same woth epoxy putty of approved make as per manufacture specifications after making the crack and washing with water complete all as specified.

Supplying, mixing and coving the edges along the joint of retaining wall & base slab with cement sand mortar 1:4 mixed with polymer bonding aid Chemicals @ 2.50 Litre / bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. Make : Nitobond SBR of Fosroc

M & L for cementitious Injection Grouting by fixing 12 mm dia galvanized iron / PVC nipples including drilling hole of required diameter upro 40 mm to 80 mm of half the thickness of member (whichever is less), at required spacing but not exc the spacing of member or 300 mm including cutting the projected portion of nozzle in the level of surface and sealing off the nozzles with RENDROC PLUG of FOSROC or equivalent as per manufacture specifications and cementitious injection grouting with cement slurry 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 water) by weight including mixing of grout compound (CEBEX 100 of FOSROC or equivalent) as per manufacture specifications,in cracks under low pressure up to 0.50 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified.

M & L for two coat of Nitocote CM210, an elastomeric cementitious coating approved under the UK WBS Scheme No.0510522 upto a thickness of 2 mm. The cured coating, afterimmersion, shall be capable of withstanding cracked substrate cyclic movement from 0 - 300 - 0 microns at 15°C for 6,000 cycles without failure. It shall have the capability to resist a positive water pressure of 5 bar as per DIN 1048,Pt 5 and a negative water pressure of 2 bar when tested to ITM / FTM-181. The cured coating, shall have the capability to static crack accommodation 0.9mm with Abrasion resistance as per ASTM D4060 : Wear Index with CO diffusion resistance > 50 m.Application should be as per Fosroc methodology.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes 150mm dia, class NP2, laid & jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.
