SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Analysis, design, detailing and supply of detailed Architectural & Structural drawings and Constn of Hangar bldg of PEB structure of size 100mx70mx 14m height including Annexes (Admin/Tech Accn) on both the sides of PEB Hangar in single/double storey (all dimensions as per Architectural drawings), all as specified and as under :- (i) Pre-Engineered Building Steel Structure for Hangar of size 100mx70mx14m (clear inner dimensions) placed in between two annexes on RCC foundation asper design (using RMC), anchor bolts, base plates and all structural steel items, rain water eaves-gutters and down take pipes, cable ducts, bird proofing of Aluminium alloy wire cloth net fixed with aluminium snap grid framework, etc., with electrically operated sliding doors (on both side of Hangar) with steel frame, etc., with Alu-Zinc colour coated profiled steel roofing sheets 0.5mm thick (TCT) of yield strength of 550 MPa in wall cladding and roofing (maximum of 15% roof/ wall sheeting with semi-transparent triple layer Polycarbonate sheets), excluding hangar flooring with PQC,DLC etc., but including epoxy flooring complete all as specified and as shown on drgs.

NOTE :- (a) Provision of necessary base plates including anchor bolts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Wall cladding on the building shall be provided as per drawings. Suitable eaves gutters and rainwater downtake pipes as required shall be provided to divert rain water from the Hangar Roof to ground level. (c) Provision of necessary arrangement for fixing bird proofing shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (d) The rate is deemed to include the cost of design, fabricate and erect electrically operated (with manual option) sliding Hangar doors-on both sides of Hangar. The rate is deemed to include the cost of providing one wicket door of size 1m x 2m in one leaf of hangar door. (e) The rate is deemed to include the cost of epoxy flooring 5mm thick (Epoxy Quartz 4mm thick plus top self levelling floor 1mm thick) in floor area of hangar. (f) Hangar flooring except Epoxy flooring shall be measured under respective item of BOQ.

(g) The EOT crane should be design and fabricated, test and commissioning in accordance with the latest editions of IS-807, IS-3177, other relevant standard referred to therein, the crane shall have the provisions of suspended type of capacity 5 Ton, 415 volts, 3 Phase 50 Hzs, 4 wire, solidly earthed system with 08 mtr hook height and 30 x 30m span travel with double girder type support (without any intermediate support on hangar flooring) alongwith all controls,power and control cable shall be clamped in groups separately. All trailing cables shall be clamped with PVC or non--metallic clamps. Make : M/s Safex energy Pvt Ltd, M/s Pioneer cranes & elevators Pvt Ltd, M/s Dinesh Enterprises. (h) Necessary foundation for hangar.

(ii) Construction of Annexes on both the sides of Hangar (Dimensions as per Architectural plan), in single/ double storied as permanent structure with RCC framed construction on RCC foundation (using RMC), complete all as specified and as shown on drgs.

Analysis, design, detailing and supply of detailed Architectural & Structural drawingsand constuction of Helicopter washing bay bldg (PEB structure) including Annexes (GSE & SV Parking) on both the sides of Helicopter Washing Bay in single storey as permanent structure with RCC framed construction based on permanent specifications on RCC foundation (using RMC), etc.,complete all as specified,as shown on drgs (all dimensions as per Architectural drawings), and as under :- .

(I) Pre-Engineered Building Steel Structure for Helicopter Washing Bay bldg of size 30x30x8m ht (Dimensions as per Architectural drawings) placed in between two annexes on RCC foundation asper design(using RMC), anchor bolts, base plates and all structural steel items, rain water eaves-gutters and down take pipes, cable ducts, bird proofing of Aluminium alloy wire cloth net fixed with aluminium snap grid framework, etc., with Alu-Zinc colour coated profiled steel roofing sheets 0.5mm thick (TCT) of yield strength of 550 MPa in wall cladding and roofing (maximum of 15% roof/ wall sheeting with semi-transparent triple layer Polycarbonate sheets, excluding hangar flooring with PQC,DLC etc., but including epoxy flooring complete (all dimensions as per Architectural drawings), all as specified and as shown on drgs including the provisions in Note here-in-below :-

(II) Construction of Annexes (GSE & SV Parking) on either side of Helicopter Washing Bay (all dimensions as per Architectural drawings), in single storey as permanent structure with RCC framed construction based on permanent specifications on RCC foundation (using RMC), etc., complete all as specified and as shown on drgs. in single/ double storied as permanent structure with RCC framed construction asper design on RCC foundation (using RMC), complete all as specified and as shown on drgs.

The rate includes the provisions of the following for BOQ sl No 2.00 to 2.20 & 3.00 to 3.20 here-in-before :- (i) The design has to be done by standard software of latest version. The rate shall deemed to include the cost of vetting of design of all structures (PEB Hangar, RCC foundations, Structural design of Annexes) by IITs/ IISC Bangalore. The design (showing full calculations & details) and drawings duly vetted by IITs/ IISc shall be submitted to the department as per time schedule communicated by the GE and as specified. (ii) The RCC structures should be designed as per IS.456-2000 and IS.1893-2002. Ductile detailing shall comply with provn as per IS.13920 and all relevant provns for seismic zone V area. (iii) Certificate from the vetting agency that the design is meeting all relevant codal requirements and design of building is structurally sound shall be furnished. (iv) All drawings for structural design, PEB structure including the details of expansion joints if any, details of structural members, junctions, structural plans, sections required for execution of works, etc., shall be furnished in original tracing alongwith soft copy in CD and 5 sets of hard copy.

GENERAL SUMMARY NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part - IA, II to XIX are prepriced by MES under Ser No. 5.00 to 22.00. Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the Green coloured field under Col-6 only.

Site Clearance and land Development M & L for forming embankment using approved good earth obtained from out of Carnicobar island (with in India) (payment of royalty/ taxes, transportation to site by any means, etc) including raising earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size shape etc.,to a compaction of soil under optimum moisture condition to achieve Standard Proctor Density not less than 98 % MPD and K-value at 3 Kg/cm2 /cm complete all as specified for a height of not exceeding 1.5m from base:-

Supplying and providing of geo textile membrane of 220 GSM for increasing stability of gabions placement complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying of gabions stone in cages of engineered form, double twisted hexagonal woven steel wire mesh with gabions of size 2x1x1m and in English bond in staggered arrangement along the ground earth using wire mesh 2.7mm dia and nominal 3.4mm for edge selvedge wire with additional extruded U-PVC coating of nominal 0.5mm radial thick all as directed at the either ends of the hangar, rear/ front dispersal and helicopter washing shed complete all as specified.

M&L for 350mm thick pavement quality concrete work in pavement of flexural strength 45kg/sqcm (lower control limit) in field using min 400kg of cement/cum with 20mm nominal size of graded aggregate and super plasticiser if required as per design mix (as per IRC 5th revision) mixed with and including triangular/ non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement with min 12mm length, specified gravity 1.34 to 1.40 (other specification as per IRC/MORTH) spread and compacted by using slip form paver and all as specified and including necessary form work, bull nosing, rounding of edges, finishing by mechanical brooming/ belting, curing, etc., complete all as specified.

M&L for Dry Lean Cement Concrete (DLC) of thickness 150mm with 7 days compressive strength of 10N/sqmm with min cement content(OPC 43 gde) of 240kg/cum or as per design mix whichever is more using grading as per MORTH specification, spread, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory roller of capacity of exc.8 ton and n.exc.12 ton capacity complete all as specified. Note: (i) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement content is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (ii) Aggregates used in the work shall be obtained from approved source of main land (India) as approved by GE.

M&L for Wet Mix Macadam 225mm thick (compacted thickness in three layers of 75mm each with coarse aggregate of specified grade as per MORTH, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using mechanical paver/ grader and tandem vibratory roller/ earth compactor of capacity exc.8 ton and n.exc.15 ton at OMC to achieve the min 98% density to MDD determined using compactor density determination method as per IS Code all as specified. Note: (i) Rate inserted in this item is for 225mm thick (Consolidated thick) in three layers (ii) WMM shall be as specified in MoRTH specification Orange book (Fifth revision). (iii) Soaked CBR value for the top surface of the WMM should to achieve minimum 15 to 20 in field. (iv) Aggregate used in the work shall be obtained from approved source of main land (India). (v) Anti weed growth measures in terms of chemical spray shall be adopted during monsoon season if work stopped for bad / wet weather conditions.

M&L for 200mm (compacted thickness) granulated sub base (GSB) of grading-V (as per 5 th revision MORTH) in single layer, surface formed, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using earth compactor of min 8 ton to15 ton or compaction at OMC to achieve the min 98% density of MDD determined using proctor density determination method as per IS code to achieve min CBR value 5 to 6% all as specified. Note: (i) Rate shall be quoted for 200mm thick (Consolidated thick) in single layer. (ii) Compaction of GSB shall be carried out under optimum moisture conditions to achieve 98% of modified proctor density. (iii) Material for Granular sub base (GSB) used in the work shall be obtained from approved source of main land (India). (iv) Anti weed growth measures in terms of chemical spray shall be adopted during monsoon season if work stopped for bad / wet weather conditions.

M&L for laying 400micron HDPE sheet over tack coat of 2.5kg/ 10sqm of VG-10 HDPE with 400 micron manufactured by multilayer technology using 100% virgin row material, confirming to IS:10889:2004 with company logo and IS Code and Batch number on at least every 2 meters complete all as specified. Note : Manufacturer's test certificates for every consignment shall be mandatory.

HANGAR & DISPERSAL / HELICOPTER WASHING BAY FLOORING M&L for forming 25mm wide expansion joint filled with compressible synthetic filler board for complete depth of joint, i.e. the thickness of slab, provision of closed shall back up rod 30mm dia, filled with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant above back up rod shall be of 15mm), complying with BS 5212, BS 4254, and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF ± 30% with 10 years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical applied all as shown on drawing and all as specified.

M&L for forming construction joints 25mm deep and 10mm wide (using diamond cutter) providing polythene back up rod 12mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant 12mm), complying with BS 5212, BS 4254, and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF ± 30% with 10 years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical applied all as shown on drawing and all as specified.

M&L for forming dummy joint 1/3 depth of slab and 8mm wide (using diamond cutter ) providing polythene back up rod 10mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant 12mm), complying with BS 5212, BS 4254, and EN 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF ± 30% with 10 years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical applied all as shown on drawing and all as specified.

ROAD/PCC HARD STANDING/CULVERTS M&L for retro reflecting boards made up of 2mm aluminium sheet face to be fully covered with high intensity prismatic A (Type-IV) sheeting confirming to type III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Letters, borders etc as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue/green colour background and with high intensity grade, pasted on substate by pressure sensite adhesive backing which shall be activate by applying pressure confirming to class II ASTM -D-1956-01 & fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts and nuts including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coats, fixing & erecting in all position all complete as per drawings and all as specified.

S&F retro reflective high intensity prismatic (IV) sheeting (w/o aluminium sheet) confirming to Type-III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, Letters, Borders, etc., as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue/green colour background and with high intensity grade, pasted on substate by pressure sensite adhesive backing which shall be activate by applying pressure confirming to class II ASTM-D 1956-01 & fixing the same on the other side of existing sign boards placed vide Item No (v) above complete all as specified.
