Supplying and laying GI tubing light grade of size 80mm dia bore for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under Plinth / Floors/ Paths/ Culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall/floor or along poles or as street light poles or as street light mounting bracket with complete accessories such as bends/sockets/reducers/saddles incl necessary threading/drilling works all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for maintenance free grounding Solution set earthing comprising of 17.2 mm Pure copper earthing rod, 3m long, Copper terminal size of 100x50x6mm with 2 Nos M8 holes for termination. Electrode must be tested for short circuit test of minimum 40 KA at CPRI/NABL. The earthing electrode will be placed in the ground after a bore is drilled to the depth of 3.5 Mtr. The bore drilling will be done with the help of Pneumatic boring machine, 50 Kgs BFC (Back fill compound) will be placed in the bore to cover the earthing rod from all sides. BFC will be poured in Slurry form in properly mixed condition. The Earth pit cover Square 300x300x240 mm to be provided to cover the earth Pit and shall be made of reinforced FRP and should be capable of carrying the weight of 5 Tons. Make : U-PROTEC/ Ashlok earthings/JEF technology NOTE :- (a) Rates of boring 3.5 Mtr for earth electrode, copper strip 20x3 mm & 40 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 Mtr from earth electrode is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan,bell, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, Ceiling rose, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc . credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately.
