Removing of deep rooted grown plants with roots from side of the building walls, slabs,joints,bathroom sides including acid and chemical treatment of all cutting portions for arresting further plant growth all complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

(ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with awall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. Dislodging of septic tank including disposal of sludge by digging a pit within a lead of 50mtrs and covering it ith sand including adding disifectants etc.including washing the tank and re-arranging of soak pit,man hole etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the Glass and facade surface and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease,oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., including providing,applying and washing the surface with clecide Antistatic glass facade cleaner solution and other chemical cleaning agent as approved by Engineer-in-charge, or of similar makes and manufacturer, with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet without causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/ structure, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

Anti rodent operations, Snake repelling operations, Anti mosquito operations/ anti bugs operation etc by spraying or fogging/ Anti insecticidal operations or general Disinfection works at Lakshadweep Guest house premises at entire building”.
