Strengthening of BT Road from Goundampalayam manalmedu to Poiyakadu road ( 0/0-0/650 ) R-368 H/o Karumanur at Mallasamudram Block in Namakkal District Under Panchayat General Fund / 2025 - 2026

Clearing Scrub jungles including and removing from site, disposal by burying or burning etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning including all labourcharges.etc. complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with Primer cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25/30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for base-course and side berms.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35, The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORTH&H specification No.803

Provision of Rumble Strips with premix Bituminous carpet - Provision of 15 nos. rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15-20mm high at centre, 250mm wide placed at 1m centre-to-centre approved locations to control speed, marked with while strips of road marking paint. Rumble Strips = 1 X 3.75 X 0.25 = 0.94 m2

Providing and fixing of Retro Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory signs with definition plate made out of high intensity Grade prismatic sheeting coiformation to IRC-67:2010 & ASTM D, Type IVspecification and fixed over 1.5mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed on back support frame of 25mm x 25mm x3mm Mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm below ground level etc complete including 7years warrenty for the Retro Reflective Sheeting as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2010 specification (as per MORT & spec. No. 801)
