Supplying and fixing M.S pipe 80mm dia (3”) vertical post, top welded with Base plate . and bottom of pipe should be anger bar of required diameter bar perpendicular to each other below ground level The work shall include cost and conveyance of all materials cutting, welding, hoisting, grinding, fixing in position and applying one coat of anti-corrosive zinc chromatic primer etc for vertical support pipes etc. as directed

Providing and fixing in built up section ( square or rectangular tube etc) using Approved section The rate shall include cost and conveyance of all materials, fabrication, welding grinding, drilling, hoisting , applying one coat of “Zinc chromate primer” of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron works after scrapping, sand papering cleaning the surface of dust, dirt and loose flakes, transportation etc. complete as directed Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing Corrugated G.Isheet Roofing and cladding as per ISI Standard (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm thickness and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required

Providing and fixing G.I sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Ridges plain (500 - 600mm

Providing and fixing 1mm thick G.I/ M.S. sheet door of size 1MX2M with angle iron frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings of hinges , locking arrangement etic complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture
