Providing and applying Pest control i.e. General Disinfection by using W.H.O. recommended pest control chemical like K - Othrine or Equivalent for protection from mosquitoes, flies, ants, cockroaches, in premises etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Once in a month)

Providing Anti Malaria treatment by Delta fogging or Equivalent for protection from mosquitoes and flying insects in open places such as periphery of buildings, open drain etc. all complete as per direction Engineer-in- charge. (Twice in a month)

Supply of material/services to carry out general pest control services at ATS Complex, Sky Tower and Nav-Aid Sites Mumbai in required quantity as per instructions of Engineering In-charge. a) Hit Rat/Mouse trap Glue Pad (Regular Size) or equivalent.

Supply of material/services to carry out general pest control services at ATS Complex, Sky Tower and Nav-Aid Sites Mumbai in required quantity as per instructions of Engineering In-charge. a) Hit Rat/Mouse trap Glue Pad (Jumbo Size) or equivalent.

Applying Anti Bed bug treatment to single beds with mattress by using Gokilaht 5 EC or Equivalent at various places of ATS complex & new ATC Tower all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Once in a month)

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL Anti-termite treatment (including the cost of chemical emulsion) : Along external wall using chemical emulsion @ 100 ml / hole of the substructure, including drilling holes of 12 mm dia & to a depth of 300 mm and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) with Chlorpyriphos or Equivalent all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion @ 100 mm per hole, including drilling holes of 12 mm dia & to a depth of 300 mm at 45 degree and plugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) with Chlorpyriphos or Equivalent all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing disinfection chemical Hydrogen peroxide by Virosil Pharma surface disinfection @ 5% solution in DM water i.e. 50 ml per litre of water including 5% wastage as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing services of One Semi-Skilled labour for day to day surface disinfection with Hydrogen peroxide for fighting against Coronavirus Covid-19 Pandemic at common use area in ATS Complex, Sky Tower and installing Rat pads, Rat cages, placing of Rat cake carrying out any other services related to pest control as decided by AAI including providing machinery, PPE Kit, Rubber hand gloves, face mask, Safety Shoe, Safety glass, Transportation etc. complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
