Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken / Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer so not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Waterproofing to the existing roof surface Two coats over the base coat using by Dr. Fixit/Equivalent chemicals including cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, Oil, grease and loose particles also cut and repaired with a polimer modified mortar for hollow or damaged portions with 10% by weight of cement. The surface shall be in surface saturated dry before the application of chemical top coat and cracks upto 5mm over the roof tiles must be filled with polyurethane flexible sealen. Apply a first coat of waterproof chemical ( Diluted with water in the ration 2:1) as self priming 9-10 sq.mtr/Ltr and allow 3-4 Hours interval for applying of two coats of Dr. Fixit/ Equivalant at 2.0 - 2.2 Sq. mtr/ Ltr/Coat without water dilution etc complete as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and erecting Shuttering, necessary supports for plain surfaces such as reinforced cement concrete for plinth beam including decentering after curing period, complete complying with standard specifications at all leads inside the building etc complete..,

Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 (Mix 1:1 1/2:3, one part of cement, one and half parts of sand , three parts of 20 mm hard blue granite metal by volume, characteristic strength not less than 20 N/sqmm) machine mixed for all reinforced Cement Concrete works, including scaffolding, cost of all materials, machine mixing, vibrating, lifting, curing, labour charges for laying & finishing etc., but excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcements and also excluding centering and formwork etc., complete complying with the relevant standard specifications at all leads inside the building etc complete.,

Fabricating supplying and fixing of Pre Painted Galvanium Iron Sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.
