The quantities given here under are tentative. They can vary on either side upto any extant,the contractor shall have no claim on account of changes and shall be paid of the quantities as physically met at site reach of work for complete work. (Rate are excluding GST)

Earth work in Excavation in Mar, Kabar, Ranker and Kanker mixed soil with lead upto 195m. & 3.8m. lift including manual compaction, dressing, making profile all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in Filling in Mar, Kabar Ranker & Kanker Mixed soil with lead upto 1.00 Km. and initial lift including mechanical compaction dressing and all cost of Material labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying C.C. M-15 with coarse sand & stone grite 10-19mm size including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying steel reinforcement including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position including cost of all material, binding wire, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Centering & Shuttering for R.C.C. work including all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying R.C.C. M-20 including cost of all material, labour & T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and Relaying of existing old & damaged stone boulder pitching including all cost of labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in Mar, Ranker and Kanker mixed semi saturated soils (50% Dry soil & 50% Saturated soil) in training of nala including lead upto 100m. and lift upto 1.5m. Including dressing making profile and manual compaction but excluding mechanical compacton etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Turfing in slopes of Dam including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Granular Sub-Base with well graded material (400.1) Construction of granular Sub-base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with Smooth wheel roller to Achieve the desired density. complete as per technical specification caluse 401.

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base WBM Grading-II Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of 45-63 mm stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base WBM Grading-III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of 22.4-53 mm stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Prime Coat Low Porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleading of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 Kg/sqm using mannual means. clause 502

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing laying and rolling of open greded premix carpet of 20 mm thick compacted composed of 13.2mm and 11.2mm aggregate using bitumen VG-10 @ 1.46 Kg. per sqm to required line, grade & level to serve as wearing coat on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable mixall plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80/100 kN static roller capacity finished to required level and grade including all material, labour, T&P hire & fuel charges of mixall and roller etc. (As per MORD Databook clause 5.90 (508)

Seal Coat Providing laying seal coat type C with 6.7 mm stone chippings @ 0.009 cum per sqm precoated with Bitumen VG-10 @ 0.65 Kg. /sqm in a suitable mixall plant and rolling with a three wheel 80/100 kN static roller to seal the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per technical specification Clause and also including all material, labour, T&P hire & fuel charges of mixall and roller etc. (as per MORD data book clause 5.12 (510)
