REPAIR TO INTERLOCKING TILE AND PCC WORK IN TECHNICAL AREA AT BHISIANA UNDER GE (AF) BHISIANA

Demolition/breaking of existing unreinforced cement concrete (PCC) in ground floor and paving, of any description, not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level and in any position, dressing, levelling and compaction of the exposed/existing ground to the required lines and levels, including clearing the site, disposal of rubbish material to any distance outside MOD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, benching/coping of manholes/drains, coping, mud stops, packing sides/around of interlocking tiles, kerbs, bed block, cills, thrust block, for embedded posts & similar work etc at ground and normal height including weatherings, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work as required etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), Type-B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, in floors, pavements, hardstanding and similar works, including provision of panels of sizes as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, necessary formwork, compaction and finishing the surface true to line and level, even and smooth, without using any extra cement, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Joint filling/sealing shall be measured and paid for separately under the appropriate item.

Material and labour for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, thickness of concrete slab 75mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying/fixing 80mm thick factory-made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block/ interlocking tile of M-40 grade, conforming to IS 15658:2021, grey cement with pigment, with approved design/size/ shape made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of fine sand and filling the joints with sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.
