Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering complete at all levels
Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level.

Providing, supplying "JCB" loader cum excavator, Dumpers,Hydra including operator and helper executing the work like excavation, grading, levelling, debris cleaning and other works all as directed by Project Engineer " As and whenever required"
Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials produced by SAIL / RINL (Vizag Steel) / TATA. Providing and fixing dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick laid in required profile with hammer dressed stones having no side less than 15 cm, with minimum depth of 20 cm including preparing the bedding surface etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and grouting the joints of rubble stone pitching with cement mortar 1:3 and pointing the surfaces as directed complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Note for Item 27 & 28: 1. Labour should be supplied as and when required as per EIC's directions. 2. Labour should be supplied male or female as per the departmental requirement. 3. Labour sholud be removed at site without giving any notice if mis-behavouvior with Dept or lazy. 4. One supervisor is required to carry out the work full day will not be payable. 5. Number of labour will be prioer intimated that should be supplied only. Without intimated will not be payable. 6. All cleaning materials (Euipments /materials) for cleaning should be procured by the Contractor. 7. Rate should be quaoted accordingly after inclusive of the above points. 8. Labour should be supplied as per Dept Requirement for all type of work.
