Labour charges for murum filling under floors of specified thickness in layers of Not exceeding 150 mm thickness including consolidation etc. complete (using murrum available at BARC campus with a lead of up to 4 Km)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications and drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering complete at all levels

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level.

Extra for RCC Using Ready Mix Concrete from outside project area including transporting and pumping from approved batching plants .

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.Steel supplied by the contractor. Using TMT bars of specified grades of all sizes. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor from the own plants of SAIL, RINL or TATA make only using virgin materials

Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels For Sub Structure

Provding and constructing brick work in Cement mortar using standard bricks of approved class/ quality, make or brand in foundation and plinth including curing, raking out joints, simultaneous pointing below plinth level if specified, complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Using Brick work in C.M 1:4 using crushed sand.

Supplying , cutting to shape and fixing specified diameter UPVC pipes as per IS 4985 in RR Masonry/ RCC walls for weep holes complete all as per drawings and as specified at site.110 mm dia UPVC Pipes

Providing 20 mm thick External plastering in two coats under layer 12 mm thick with C.M 1:4 (using crushed sand) finished with a top layer 8 mm thick in C. M 1:3 (using crushed sand) including approved water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications, sieving of sand to required fineness, scaffolding up to 10 metres height, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specifications. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.finished smooth, including sieving of sand to required fineness, preparation of the surface, scaffolding, curing all as per specifications, drawings and as directed at site complete.

Supplying, stacking and laying of 230 mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc.complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 ,laying to the levels, slopes and as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including testing of joints etc. complete.300 mm Dia RCC Hume pipe class NP2.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m in all kinds of soil complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing in position 25 mm thick Joint filler board of approved make in expansion joints to the required size and shape, placing and keeping in position complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in charge

Dismantling brick work in Cement mortar carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of materials and dispoal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Demolishing Stone rubble masonry (In cement mortar) manually by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismantling and stacking within 100 m lead

Providing and fixing concertina barbed tape coil of following dia. made from M.S galvanized ribbon tape of 0.5mm thickness, 19mm width stretching the coil to 9m approximate, fixing the coil with clips between "Y" armed and MS angle posts 2.44m high from ground level, including supplying and fixing MS galvanized clipsetc. complete as per manufacturer's specification and including painting by dipping method the concrtina tape coil with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over a coat of approved primer at fabrication shop, before bringing the material to the site and fixing in position etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 600/ 610 mm Dia Concertina coils

Providing and fixing GI chain link fabric fencing Made of GI wire of dia 4 mm of required width in mesh size 50 x 50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as requeid complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing barbed wire on MS post Fencing at required distance, barbed wire 9.38 kg per 100 metres (min) between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.With G.I. barbed wire 12 swg

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specificationsand drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering Complete at all levels

G.I. Crimpnet gate:- G.I. Crimp net gate and side supports with the following details: a) Excavation for side supports, soling, PCC, formwork and curing. b) 150mm square Box type side supports in position using 2 Nos. ISMC 150 (unit weight 16.4 kg/m) with hold fasts on four sides of side supports using angle 65 x 65 x 6mm and 12mm thick base plate of size 300mm x300mm below box type side supports c) Gate shutter with G. I. Tubular frames of Class 'C' / heavy duty G. I. pipes and bends (Nominal pipe size - 1 1/2" NB, 8mm i/d, 5.41kg/m), G. I. Crimpnet of size 50mm X 8g welded on angle iron frame of ISA 40x 40x5mm. Fixing of M. S. flat beading of size 20 x 5mm to hold crimpnet. d. Wheels and semi circular 20mm flat below wheel for easy movement of gate. e) Pivot type hinges (3 nos. for each shutter of gate), locking arrangements (aldrop and tower bolts.) e) Painting of gates using priming coat.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made with strong vibratory compaction and approved size, shape, design laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of crushed sand, filling the joints with crushed sand etc. All complete as -per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on Steel Surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade without primer coat.including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying man power along with necessary pans, spades, shavels pickaxe, punjas, ropes, smallspecial spade raincoats or Cosmetic equipment/materials etc. minimum two number of labour per day upto maximum any numberof labour as and when decided by Project Engineer to work for eight hours per day or monsoon period to carry out the cleaning of choked drains grating grills/hume pipes /footpath by removing the dry leaves, silt etc. and also carry out seasonable departmental work or dismantling of brick/RCC/ Shifting of heavy materilas from one place to ather place or shifted to upper floors.allotted by Project Engineer from time to time.

Providing, supplying "JCB" loader cum excavator, Dumpers,Hydra including operator and helper executing the work like excavation, grading, levelling, debris cleaning and other works all as directed by Project Engineer " As and whenever required"

Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials produced by SAIL / RINL (Vizag Steel) / TATA. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials.

Providing and fixing dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick laid in required profile with hammer dressed stones having no side less than 15 cm, with minimum depth of 20 cm including preparing the bedding surface etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and grouting the joints of rubble stone pitching with cement mortar 1:3 and pointing the surfaces as directed complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Note for Item 27 & 28: 1. Labour should be supplied as and when required as per EIC's directions. 2. Labour should be supplied male or female as per the departmental requirement. 3. Labour sholud be removed at site without giving any notice if mis-behavouvior with Dept or lazy. 4. One supervisor is required to carry out the work full day will not be payable. 5. Number of labour will be prioer intimated that should be supplied only. Without intimated will not be payable. 6. All cleaning materials (Euipments /materials) for cleaning should be procured by the Contractor. 7. Rate should be quaoted accordingly after inclusive of the above points. 8. Labour should be supplied as per Dept Requirement for all type of work.
