Comprehensive periodic maintenance, repair & servicing of central Air Conditioning Plant of Make : Carrier of capacity 3 x (2 x 175) TR model:30 HXC 190 A and ventilation system existing at Military Hospital Jabalpur as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge :- Main equipments to be maintained/ serviced are listed below :- (a) Preventive and comprehensive repair, maintenance, servicing through authorised dealer of company for 3 Nos of chilling machine of screw type compressor 350 TR, 3x ( 2 x 175)TR each single stage, 3000 RPM, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, semihermatic electric motor of capacity 80 KW, shell and tube type condensor with carbon steel plate, copper tube, externally and internally to pass water flow 1400 USG/ PM, including carbon plate shell and tube flooded type chiller unit working with microprocessor based controls in sheet metal control panel etc Make : M/s Carrier Co. Note:- Refrigrant and compressor oil as and when in the opinion of Engr-in-Charge is required to be replace, same shall be replaced immediately and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted by the contractor. (b) Other associates parts/accessories :- (i) Condensing pump set with motor of capacity 30 KW/40 HP, 1450 RPM, 50Hz, pump head 26.5 Mtr - 02 Sets (Motor of make ALSTOM and Pump of make Kirloskar).

(ii) Chiller motor pump set complete of capacity 30 KW/ 40 HP, 1450 RPM, 50Hz, total head of pump 26.5 Mtr- 02 Sets (Motor of make : ALSTOM and Pump of make : Kirloskar) (iii) FRP cooling tower including lubrication and servicing of mechanical transmission and repair and pluging of leakages with FRP patches to bottom tank of cooling tower complete with electric motor of capacity 7.5 KW, 1460 RPM, 415Volt -02 Sets (Tower model: 9081 of make- Mihir, Electric motor of make- Navyug) (iv) Condensor water pipe line of size 300mm dia to 450mm dia complete with butterfly valve 50mm to 200mm dia of make: Kirloskar, strainer including cost of repair/ replacement of chillar/ hot water pipe less then 100mm dia and accessories complete all as per requirement. (v) AHU complete with accessories i.e. blower with casing, chilled water coil, hotwater coil, filter, filter frame drive motor, humidification kit, mortise motor control panel including lubrication and servicing of mechanical transmission etc as required. Note:- Spares shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of Sch'A'/ BOQ. (vi) Fan ventilation system with of fan motor of capacity 2.2 KW, drive package and vibration pad installed at basement of AHU of MH, Jabalpur. (vii) Makeup/ expansion tank of capacity 5000 Ltrs of PVC of make- Sintex complete with inlet/ outlet GI pipes, PTMT float valves, installed on the roof of the plant room and Hospital bulding - 02 Sets

(viii) Control desk remote to control the AHU panel of 6 Nos AHU`s located in different ward/ department in MH Jabalpur complete including replacement of control wiring with and including copper wire of existing type and size of make as approved by GE and replacement of indicating lamp of existing make complete installed at main AC plant room etc Note:- Control wiring, switches and lamps as and when in the opinion of Engr-in-Charge is required to be replace, same shall be replaced immediately and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted by the contractor. (ix) Mono block pump set of capacity 1.0 HP, 2700 RPM, head 17 to 23 Mtr including suction/ discharge pipe line and electric connection of type KDC 128 pump of make Kirloskar for taking out the inside flow water of the plant room. (x) LT panel including all accessories and wiring of LT cable for exhaust/ blower control of industrial type installed at main AC plant room including blower fan heavy duty , MS impellar , blower fan and blower shaft with electric motor 10 HP. (xi) Hot water generator of capacity 800 KW with monoblock pump set, AC 415 volts, 50 Hz, 2900 RPM, 10 HP of total head 30 Mtr, 23 LPS with all accessories - 02 Sets (xii) Butterfly motorised valve with actuator gate valves etc. (xiii) Descaling of condenser units (minimum twice during Contract Period).

NOTES :- (a) Preventive and comprehensive repair, maintenance, servicing of main plant i.e. Chilling Machine & Compressor unit of AC plant shall be got done through authorised service agency of manufacturers of plant only. The contractor shall submit documentry proof/ evidence in this regard before taking plants under servicing etc. (b) The cost of replacement of minor parts which have been specified here-in-before are included in the quoted unit rate & other parts/ spares if required to be replace, same shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of Sch'A'/ BOQ here-in-after as Supply Only.

(c) Make & model of the any part of the plant which are required to be replace, shall be the same as per existence at site or as per OEM of Manufacturers. (d) Comprehensive/ periodic maintenance means to ensure the optimum functioning of AC plant by synchronising the entire assembly to produce desired temperature, humidity and duct filteration levels without any extra cost. (e) Periodic maintance shall take place at every 03 months or as directed by GE/ CWE. (f) During entire contract period any defective components and/or any other materials which is not specified/ given in Sch'A'/ BOQ but same is necessary to repair/ replace to make the plant/ machines fully functional, the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted by the contractor and no extra payment shall be made to the contractor on this account. (g) The cost of transportation and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/ brought by the contractor to complete the job and no extra payment shall be made to the contractor on this account. Hence, biddesr are advised to visit the site to assees the quantum of work to be carried out in this contract before quoting their rates. (h) Contractor shall appoint the ITI trained operator in the trade of Ref Mechanic/ Electrical or equivalent having minimum 3 years experience in similar trade. (j) Contractor shall provide the log sheets of proforma as approved by Engineer-in-Charge for maintain the records.

(k) Contractor shall responsible for maintain the temperature & humidity to the required level inside the bldg/ shed, failing which a recovery of Rs. 1000.00 per day per plant on account of penalty shall be made from the contractor's dues/ payment .

Attending emergency break down & making functional of AC Plant of Make-Carrier of capacity 3x (2x175) TR of model-30 HXC 190 A ventilation system complete exists at Military Hospital Jabalpur alongwith equipments as associated as per item No.02 above. Notes:- (i) The cost of parts/ accessories/ materials if reequired to be replace, same shall be paid seperately under respective items here-in-after as Supply only as considered/ taken for item No. 02 above. (ii) Emergency break down shall be attend immediately ON CALL, if emergency break down not attended immediately on GE's call, a lump sum recovery of Rs. 10000.00 on account of penalty shall be made from the contractor's dues/ payment .

Supply only heating coil of suitable layers, shape and size as per existing to be fixed under item No. 02 here-in-before complete all as directed. Make:- Voltas or Carrier or Blue Star or Aeco or Universal as approved by GE.

Supply only cooling coil of suitable layers, shape and size as per existing to be fixed under item No. 02 here-in-before complete all as directed. Make:- Voltas or Carrier or Blue Star or Aeco or Universal as approved by GE.

Supply only cassette type line filter made out of 22 gauge MS GI sheet with araldite, non woolen synthetic media having efficiency 95% down to 10 micron as per existing to be fixed under item No. 02 here-in-before complete all as directed. Make:- Ten Acoty or Athelete or Purolator or Air Tech or Turolaior or Champharm as approved by GE.

Supply only ABSOLUTE (Heppa) filter of size (560 x 560 x 140) mm having rated flow (CMH) = 1700, IPD (mm WG) less than 25 and efficiency more than 99.97 down to 0.3 micron as per existing to be fixed under item No. 02 here-in-before complete all as directed. Make:- Ten Acoty or Athelete or Purolator or Air Tech or Turolaior or Champharm as approved by GE.

Supply only PVC fins of size 22 x 10 inch suitable for cooling tower of 350 TR capcity as per existing to be fixed under item No. 02 here-in-before complete all as directed. Make:- Voltas or Carrier or BlueStar or Aeco or Universal as approved by GE.

Supply only power contactor 3 pole, ML-6 type with 2 NO + 2 NC aux contracts, 415 Volt, 50 Hz, rating 160 Amps to be fixed under item No. 02 here-in-before complete all as directed. Make:- Siemens or L&T or EE or GE as approved by GE.

M&L for dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable/ burnt winding wire after taking out the 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 volts electric motor of capacity 1.0 HP from existing position and rewinding the same with superior quality copper winding wire of suitable gauze and number of turns including insulating materials (PVC insulation sleeve, tape, film paper, varnish, cotton & heating process etc) as required including replacement of existing DE & ND side bearings and re-fixing the motor in existing position after re-assembling and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable/ burnt winding wire after taking out the 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 volts electric motor of capacity 1.50 HP from existing position and rewinding the same with superior quality copper winding wire of suitable gauze and number of turns including insulating materials (PVC insulation sleeve, tape, film paper, varnish, cotton & heating process etc) as required including replacement of existing DE & ND side bearings and re-fixing the motor in existing position after re-assembling and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable/ burnt winding wire after taking out the 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 volts electric motor of capacity 2.0 HP from existing position and rewinding the same with superior quality copper winding wire of suitable gauze and number of turns including insulating materials (PVC insulation sleeve, tape, film paper, varnish, cotton & heating process etc) as required including replacement of existing DE & ND side bearings and re-fixing the motor in existing position after re-assembling and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable/ burnt winding wire after taking out the 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 volts electric motor of capacity 10.0 HP from existing position and rewinding the same with superior quality copper winding wire of suitable gauze and number of turns including insulating materials (PVC insulation sleeve, tape, film paper, varnish, cotton & heating process etc) as required including replacement of existing DE & ND side bearings and re-fixing the motor in existing position after re-assembling and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable/ burnt winding wire after taking out the 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 volts electric motor of capacity 40.0 HP from existing position and rewinding the same with superior quality copper winding wire of suitable gauze and number of turns including insulating materials (PVC insulation sleeve, tape, film paper, varnish, cotton & heating process etc) as required including replacement of existing DE & ND side bearings and re-fixing the motor in existing position after re-assembling and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for dismantling blower shaft of AHU up to 80 TR by removing the belt & pully, blower drum and remetaling the shaft with welding, turning & grinding to obtain its original dimentions, balancing the shaft and refitting in AHU including reassembling the blower, pulley, bearing etc. and testing the AHU on completion for satisfactory operation complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for repair/ overhaulling of hot water generator of capacity 250 KW out put by unscrewing and draining out to detect leakages, welding where-ever necessary, removing burnt/ unserviceable heating element from bottom level of tank, scraping out rust/ sludge including putting new insulation sleeves to bare conductors, fixing of 4 Nos new/ fresh heating elements of suitable capacity, replacement of PCC kit with new one and reassembling all the dismentled components and testing on completion for satisfactory operation complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for complete repair/ over-hauling to FRP based cooling tower of 350 TR capacity by dismantlinlg fins, couplings, cooling fan, draining out of water moving algey deposited and cleaning, servicing of mechanical components, welding wherever necessary, scraping out rust/ sludge including putting descaling solution and replacing of gear box, bearings, gear oil, mechanical couplings as per site requirement and over-hauling the complete transmission system of cooling tower and painting the complete system as per existing duly approved by GE and reassembling all the dismentled components and testing on completion for satisfactory operation complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PVC mat of size not less than 2.0M X 1.0M X 20-25mm thick of colour and design as approved GE complete all as specified & directed. Make:- CELLO or SUPREME or AMKO as approved by GE. Note:- Mat shall be of standard class PVC but not re-cycled.

Supply and fixing of presure gauge of size 4" dia, 30 to 150 Pa as per existing make duly approved by GE complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing of new temperature sensor with sensor cable of central Air Conditioning Plant of Make : Carrier of capacity 3 x (2 x 175) TR model:30 HXC 190 A exist at Military Hospital Jabalpur as per existing make/ as per manufacturer's recommendations duly approved by GE after taking out the old unserviceable temperature sensor with sensor cable complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing of new transducer of central Air Conditioning Plant of Make : Carrier of capacity 3 x (2 x 175) TR model:30 HXC 190 A exist at Military Hospital Jabalpur as per existing make/ as per manufacturer's recommendations duly approved by GE after taking out the old unserviceable transducer complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing/ installation of 5.4mm thick MS pipe line heavy grade as per IS-3589 (Part-I) -2004 of size 150mm bore suitable for hot/ cold water for central air conditioning plant including necessary grouting, clipping on wall surface and all machine works i.e. cutting threding, welding, jointing etc as required including all necessary fittings i.e. elbows, tees, sockets, union, flange, coupling etc and leakage testing on completion at desired pressure and commissioning complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Tata Steel or Jindal or Electrosteel as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing/ installation of 4.85mm thick MS pipe line heavy grade as per IS-3589 (Part-I) -2004 of size 80mm bore suitable for hot/ cold water for central air conditioning plant including necessary grouting, clipping on wall surface and all machine works i.e. cutting threding, welding, jointing etc as required including all necessary fittings i.e. elbows, tees, sockets, union, flange, coupling etc and leakage testing on completion at desired pressure and commissioning complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Tata Steel or Jindal or Electrosteel as approved by GE.

Taking out of compressor of Air Conditioning Plant of Make : Carrier of capacity 3 x (2 x 175) TR model : 30 HXC 190 A from its existing position i.e. from MH Jabalpur for transporting tha same to the Carrier Service Centre DELHI after storing of refrigerant gas in to empty refrigerant cylinder, opening & dismantling of all electrical connections and refrigerant piping and removing & loading of compressor chiller in to the truck with the help of chain pullies & skilled labours for complete overhauling and replacement of following parts/ items & servicing after dismantling & opening of compressor and checking of all electrical and mechanical components at workshop of Carrier Service Centre and re-assembling & transporting back the same from Carrier Service Centre DELHI to its existing location after making the compressor fully fuctional including loading of compressor chiller in to the truck with the help of chain pullies & skilled labours and installation of compressor at its existing position with the help of chain pullies & skilled labours, making all electrical & refrigerant piping connctions, re-filling of stored refrigerant gas in to the compressor and tightening of all connection nuts, bolts, screws & gasket etc and testing on completion at desired pressure up to 24 hours and commissioning complete all as specified & directed :- (a) Cleaning of housing, screw, piston and rewinding of stator complete as per manuacturer's recommendations. (b) Replacement of both sides bearings, O-ring complete as per manuacturer's recommendations. (c) Replacement of loading unloading mechanical arrangement and replacement of suction discharge rids complete as per manuacturer's recommendations. (d) Measurement of all clearance after refitting of compressor complete as per manuacturer's recommendations.

(e) Charging of Nittrogen up to the desire pressure as directed and stand the pressure up to 24 hours for detecting the leakage and repairing of leakage if any found and re-testing the same with again charging of Nittrogen up to the desire pressure as directed and stand the pressure up to 24 hours for testing of leakage complete. (f) Flushing of oil and replament of filter drier core, oil level switches and compressor oil (synthetic) completly as per manuacturer's recommendations. (g) Replacement of all external and internal filters complete all as per manuacturer's recommendations. (h) Replacement of drier 8000x2 complete all as per manuacturer's recommendations. (j) Replacement of connecting assembly including piston assembly along with ring set complete all as per manuacturer's recommendations. (k) Replacement of gasket set complete all as per manuacturer's recommendations. (l) Filling/ charging of system with and including of refrigerant gas (R-22) up to desire pressure complete all as per manuacturer's recommendations for balance quantity i.e. after considering the re-filling of stored refrigerant gas. (m) All other parts/ items/ components of compressor which are necessary to be replace in the opinion of Engr-in-Charge/ as per manuacturer's recommendations for smooth functioning of compressor, same shall also be replace for smooth functioning and cost of the same shall also be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. Notes:- (i) Cost of cable jointing materials such as cable glands & lugs etc as required shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) All necessary T&P required at site for shifting of compressor shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost and quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for all these provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply & fix/ installation of new display board (mother board) as per existing duly approved by GE suitable for Air Conditioning Plant of Make : Carrier of capacity 3 x (2 x 175) TR model : 30 HXC 190 A having all parameters to start/ stop of chiller, checking ficilities of running hours of chiller and all key functions of Air Condtitioning plant etc after taking out of old unserviceable display board and testing on completion for satisfactory operation complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix/ installation of new discharge NRV as per existing duly approved by GE suitable for Air Conditioning Plant of Make : Carrier of capacity 3 x (2 x 175) TR model : 30 HXC 190 A after shut down the air conditioning unit & opening of compressor and taking out of old unserviceable discharge NRV and leakage testing on completion at desired pressure and commissioning complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for repairing of chiller evaporator tube leakages after find out the number of tube leakages with charging of Nittrogen up to the desire pressure as directed and stop/ sealed tube leakage with and icluding dead nuts or tube expender and stand the Nittrogen pressure up to 24 hours for detecting the leakage and repairing of leakage if any found and re-testing the same with again charging of Nittrogen up to the desire pressure as directed and stand the pressure up to 24 hours including removing/ flushing water from refrigement system with the help of a grad nitrogen and making vaccum and dehydration of system as per job replacement and testing on completion at desired pressure and commissioning complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix/ installation of new SCPM Card as per existing duly approved by GE suitable for Air Conditioning Plant of Make : Carrier of capacity 3 x (2 x 175) TR model : 30 HXC 190 A having configuration such as start the compressor through SCPM Card and checking of all key functions set & safety of compressor, oil level safety, high pressure safety, motor current safety and all other fault of Air Condtitioning plant etc after dismantaling of old unserviceable SCPM card from machine and testing on completion for satisfactory operation complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel work Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A conforming to IS-2062-2006 as in duct cover in repairs with mild steel chequered plates or any other sections of any thickness as required at site including lifting handle/ arrangement as required etc including all necessary welding and applying two coat of black bituminous paint over and including a coat of red-oxide primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, 40 watt new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED security light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 on bldg wall with and including pipe bracket made out of G.I tubing 32/40 mm dia bore medium grade ISI marked 1.20m long bent to shape & providing clamps 2 Nos made out of 50 x 6 mm Flat iron/ MS clamps & 12mm dia bolts, nuts & washers etc and two coat painting of approved colour on brackets compltely with and including synthetic enamel paint and connecting up with & including twin twisted copper flexible wire from ceiling rose to fittings complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Havells Cat part No. ENDURAPEARLNEOSL40WLED757PASYTOPC or equivalent model of make- Philips or Crompton or WIPRO or Bajaj as approved by GE.
