Comprehensive Maintenance of Package AC, SAC/WAC units and operation of other electromechanical services at Telephone Bhawan, Cuttack.

Amount

(A) Providing annual comprehensive maintenance of 20 Nos. x 7TR Air Cooled PKG AC units and round the clock operation of (both High Precission 8 x 7TR and conventional type 20 x 7TR ) package type AC units installed at different floors including periodical minor overhauling, special maintenance, providing of all spares such as Microprocessor based controller, LP, HP, SPP, thermostat etc., repairing/replacement of faulty motors and compressors with new or original factory repaired compressor/motor, inclusive of electrical panel with all accessories, wiring and consumables like refrigerant, oil, attending emergency break down calls, carrying out preventive maintenance as per details of the maintenance schedule, terms & conditions enclosed herewith as required. (B) Operation of 1no. 10 passenger Lift (09.30 Hrs to 18.30 Hrs.) and its day to day general checkups, cleaning of lift cars, landing doors, lodging complaints to AMC agencies and co-coordinating for rectification of faults if any and maintaining the Lifts in healthy working conditions etc. as per specifications attached. (C) Providing round the clock operation and general maintenance of following services with suitably qualified persons as per general conditions of contract in three shifts each, arranging required tools and plants etc. for smooth functioning of the exchange including monitoring all the parameters and keeping records, maintaining log books of the same etc. complete as required.

Providing annual comprehensive maintenance of Window/Split type AC units of 1.5/2.0TR capacity located in different floors including periodical minor overhauling, special maintenance, comprising of electrical control box, stabilizers, and consumables like refrigerant, oil etc., attending emergency break down calls, carrying out preventive maintenance, as per details of the maintenance schedule, terms & conditions enclosed herewith as required. The firm has to also ensure sequential operation of WAC/Split AC units on round the clock basis in technical areas wherever required. (For 03 months)
