REPAIR TO SUNKEN, BATHROOM, TOILET, KITCHEN, CPVC/UPVC/GI PIPE AND KITCHEN CUPBOARD IN OTM AND MD ACCN OF SECTOR III AND IV UNDER AGE BR-II OF GE(S) BATHINDA AT BATHINDA MIL STN

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab and adjoining vertical slab as described following method complete as per direction of GE :- (A). Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating , Smart Care Damp proof 2K, having 100% elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048 reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048 crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5 Clean all working surface and made free from dirt , grease laitance etc . After inspection for all working area rough surface , craks and construction joints are treated by polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 cement : 1 Polymer : 4 sand) making Gola of size 75mm x 75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of ( 1 cement : 1 polymer : 4 sand) The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 21.5 kg/sqm per coats etc complete as per manufacturer specifications. (B). Bore packing : All the bore hole gaps between concrete surface and pvc pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non shrink free flow grout -Smart Care GP grout having dual shrinkage compensation properly. Before the bore packing , surface of the pvc pipe and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (C). Apply 12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Smart Care Vitalia Neo @200ml/ per bag of cement before cement . (D). 40mm dia HDPE pipe to be provided as spout pipe in sunken portion

M&L for Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (AAC) blocks work according to Indian Standard Specification IS :2185 (Part-3) 1984 and latest revision built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 with Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (AAC) blocks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 Mtr mean radius as in sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed bt Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), terrazo dado/wall tiling and skirting. etc on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified.

M&L anti slip coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) of Size 400mmx400mm in floors and Skirting etc. including 10mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured epoxy grout to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L anti slip coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) of Size 300mmx300mm in floors and Skirting etc. including 10mm thick bedding layer using type-I adhesive (thick bed fixing) confirming to IS-15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured epoxy grout to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved quality in vertical surfaces 450mm x 300mm x 7mm / 600mm x 300mm x 7mm thick including 10mm thick backing coat using type -I adhesive confirming to IS15477:2004 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified.

Material and labour 18-20mm thick machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) of approved colour for counter sunk wash basin, plateform /cooking plateform , steps, jambs,pillars, window cills, , shelves, urinal partition and like , including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (grey cement slurry) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admiture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone slab including cutting, cleaning and extra polishing if required and Rounding of / moulding to edges (half round) of stone of any description including rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) complete all as specified.

M&L 16-18mm thick approved shade green marble machine cut duly factory grinding and polishing (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, skirting / dado, riser, jambs, pillars , window cills, for counter sunk wash basin and like where directed laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed bed including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble including cutting as required including cleaning and extra polishing if required complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing 16 mm CPVC pipe SDR 11and plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting with all fitting and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors including Taking up or down galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) 15mm bore including fitting/connection from wall/ceiling/floor/concealed etc, complete all as specified.
