Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone wall surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) removal exc 250m but not exc 500m and depositing were direted complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) removal exc 250m but not exc 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling RCC posts or struts (wood ,steel or RCC) any section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. Note : Dismantling of existing galvanized iron steel barbed wire / Chain link fencing shall be measured & paid separately.

Dismantling old Chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel barbed wire of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Concertina wire fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any dscription not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and making good surface in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel work as in angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, and similar works conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified & directed.

Supply mild steel galvanized chain link fencing 3.15mm dia of mesh wire, mesh size 100x100mm with straining bolts, 10mm dia round bars with 0.9mm dia MS binding wire, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc), binding and jointing complete, including necessary drilling, bolting or revetting etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia and over conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) for fixing in chain link wire fencing complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only MS flat iron, round or square bars conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe- 290) for fixing chain link fencing, all as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel/ iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc all as specified and as directed by Engg-In-Charge. Note : Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S & F of GI punched tape with spool of 19mm wide and 0.5mm thick of each roll length 50 mtr with 80 gsm zinc coating for corrision protection & fixed to any type of standard rails/ angles, straining bolts incl securing or tying in a crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc all as specified and as directed by Engg-In-Charge. Note : Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal punched tape length to be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks for hold fast etc. including necessary formwork wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite18-20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, floor,wall, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, in cement mortar (1:4) including screed bed/rendering and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated external surfaces of walls, fascia, vertical and horizontal surfaces of roof projection, chajja etc incl necessary scafolding by brooming down, steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot, mould, moss & efflorescent salt sand applying one coat of weather proof (smooth classic, any colour as directed) with anti fungal exterior coating weather proof emulsion paint complete, all as specified & directed. Note : Application for weather proof Acrylic paint shall be carried out by manufacturer applicator and design/ pattern of camouflage pattern shall be approved by Engg-in-Charge/ GE recommended by User unit.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls/ roof/ floor by brooming down, steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts and applying two coats of weather proof Acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) of Ist quality (Apex ultima of Asian paint or equivalent from Nerolec/Berger) in camouflage pattern over and including one coat of primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Application for weather proof Acrylic paint shall be carried out by manufacturer applicator and design/pattern of camouflage pattern shall be approved by Engg-in-Charge/ GE recommended by User unit. Primer shall be applied after complete removal to existing treatement from old plastered/concrete surface.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/concrete surfaces of walls/roof/floor incl necessary scafolding by brooming down, steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot, mould, moss & efflorescent salts and applying one coat of weather proof Acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge. Note : Application for weather proof Acrylic paint shall be carried out by manufacturer applicator and design/pattern of camouflage pattern shall be approved by Engg-in-Charge/ GE recommended by User unit.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates/ gratings/ grills of any dscription not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Framed work such as grills,gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted ,or forged into spikess; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Framed work such as for framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The cost of nuts, bolts & washers for jointing to the members of trusses shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate by tenderer Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness as in roof coverings etc including ridges, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15mm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 as in sub base, all as specified & directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregateas in hard standing, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, & making impression of expanded metal whilest the concrete is green.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.
