Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary, etc., portion and making good disturbed ground. (Note:- Post shall be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.50 cu. m, getting out, including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 typr D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 typr C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using old size brunt clay bricks in CM 1:4 straight or curved on plan exc 6.0m mean radius, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the description of srl item No 7 here-in-before but except sub class B bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick ready mix plaster on brick or concrete fare faced surface in wall (External surface) including necessary cement slurry with bulk density 1.4 to 1.7 kg water ratio 17 to 19% by weight & compressive strength as per IS 4031 part 6 applied as per manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick ready mix plaster on brick or concrete other than fare faced surface in wall (External surface) including necessary cement slurry with bulk density 1.4 to 1.7 kg water ratio 17 to 19% by weight & compressive strength as per IS 4031 part 6 applied as per manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 typr B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel, benching/drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, benching rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in post and struts in fencing work including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of 3mm thick, mesh size 75mm x 75mm including thickness of PVC coating, approved quality any size, colour complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Tightening /restraining and resecuring of old existing barbed wire including making good staples etc in same position complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repairs punched tape concentina coil (PTTC) 610mm dia of coil laid over fencing of MS sec angle iron post including necessary binding/welding complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The weight of concertina shall be ascertain by the BOO.

M&L for painting two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unrienforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in sub base complete all as directed and specified

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60mm thick Machine pressed precast conctete colour interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate in roof, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of external wall and making the surface smooth with sand paper and priming the surface wih alkali resistance priming paint for external surface our primed surface applying two coat of cement base paint including curing , complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabe or tiles pf any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M/L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in pillars, steps and like in CM 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick cement plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type as per site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galavnised any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size & type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc. including provision of bindig wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or squre heads at one end and screwed the other each screw to be fitted with one washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolts not exc 5cm and dia of shank 10mm, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for wall cladding tiles ( exterior decorativeany style) ,joint free, of any colour and any size as approved by GE , 10 to 15mm thick in as vertical surface such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including layer 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete including dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling/Terrazo/ cladding tile including cement mortar bedding including racking of joints haking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete and removal of rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast prefabricated cement concrete fencing columns of required size and shape suitable with proper size channel for fixing of Pre Fabricated RCC wall panels of required size as per site requirement including fixing of columns to a required depth as per manufacturer's insturctions, complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- Excavation of post holes for fixing of columns shall be measured and paid seprately.

M&L for precast prebabricated RCC wall Panels of 80 to 100mm thick with of suitable size fixed properly in prefabricated columns and sealed properly with filling materials as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.
