Scope of the work:- 1. Construction of line DP without AB switch over 11 mtr long WPB-2 nos & 3P3W 11kV line- 0.12 CKM with 80 sqmm AAAC. 2. Line Protecting Guarding on Double Pole for road crossings- 1 Nos of Road Crossing (40 mtr). 3. Dismantling of existing line (8 mtr long RS Joist-2 nos, 80 sqmm AAAC- 0.12 KM).

Supply of WPB (GI) Pole 160× 152 (11 Mtr.Long, 30.44KG/Mtr)

Erection, Loading, Unloading of WPB pole 11 mtr height, in cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required and Muffing with Concrete ratio 1:1.5:3 with dimension 500mmX500mmX450mm

Supply of 80 sq.mm AAA CONDUCTOR

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm diameter and above including binding etc. as required.(0.218kg/meter*3 wire* 1 span* 40 meter=26.16kg)

Supplying of two lengths of G.I. channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre)each of 2.3 mtr length double pole cross arm for three wire 11 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm G.I. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc as required for DP without Isolator

Supplying and erection of 2 set of cross bracing frame work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure (1- One cross bracing consists of 2 nos 1.66 mtr long,75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm GI belting channel and 2nos 2.671 mtr long, 50mmX 50mmX 6mm GI bracing angle) complete with 50 mm X 6mm G.I. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc as required for DP structure with Isolator

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 50 X 6 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supply and Erection of GI barbed wire anticlimbing device 3 kg.Per support with Back Clamp 25×3 mm.flat,0.59Kg/Mtr.Flat of 0.510 mtr length 4 no's=(4×0.59×0.510) per pole and nut bolt as required

Supply & Erection of 11 KV pin polymer insulator complete with hardware and non metallic ties etc. as required.

Supply & Erection of a 11 KV disc polymer insulator,70KN for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required

Supply and Erection of PG clamp for 80 sq.mm AAA conductor

Clamps, bolts and nuts etc.

Supply of paint and Pole Identification, numbering by Black paint (1ltr approx for each post) with Yellow Colour paint as background(2ltr approx for each post)

Supply of Guarding channel 75x40x4.8mm, 7.14kg/mtr, each channel length 3.5 mtr, 4 nos. channel required=(4x7.14x3.5)(for double pole)

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supply of No-8 GI wire 0.131 KG/Mtr for lacing

Supply of No-6 GI wire 0.192 KG/Mtr for main string

Supply of Eye Bolt (236mm, 16mm dia, 1.577kg/mtr

Erection of cradle guard as required.

Erection of GI wire no.8 SWG including binding etc. as required.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, Cl. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.
