Consultancy for Soil Investigation, Architectural Drawing/Structural Design/Drawing & preparation of Estimates for the work for Addn/Altn/Improvement to Depot SMC at 13 BRD, AF under AOR of GE (AF) Gurgaon No-01. The scope of work is as under:- (a) (i) The 02 Nos RCC bldg of plinth area 257.95 Sqm and 61.60 Sqm shall be framed Structure with RCC roofing, double storied building. (ii) Preparation of arch drawing in consult with CWE/GE. (iii) Structural design of building preparation of structural Drgs & vetting of structural design from IIT, NIT/Govt Engg College. (iv) Drgs will be submitted in original tracing, soft copy in drawing format & PDF format & 5 sets of print on A1 Size. (v) Preparation of BOQ & Yardstick as per the approved architectural & structural drgs based on SSR 2020.

(b) Soil investigation at site at 13 BRD under of GE (AF) Gurgaon as per details given below:- (b) Soil investigation at site at 13 BRD under of GE (AF) Gurgaon No 1 as per details given below:- (i) Mobilization on mechanical drilling equipment and shifting of entire arrangement as required /directed by GE/AGE . (ii) Boring 150mm dia bore holes 03 Nos upto 6 mtr depth from GL through following strata:- (aa) any type of soil, (ab) Soft rock (ac) Hard rock. (iii) Collection of undisturbed soil sample at 1.5 mtr internal or at change of strata in 100 mm bore thin walled tube including waxing sealing, packing and transporting of the job. (iv) Carrying out standard penetration Test (SPT) including collection of disturbed soil samples in bore holes at every 1.5 mtr depth or any charge of strata and submit the report with all requisite data. (v) Conducting necessary test as per relevant IS codes/ SP 36 on all collected samples with include the determination of followings:-(aa) Atterberg limits (ab) Natural moisture content. (ac) Wet and dry density. (ad) Soil particle size distribution. (ae) Bore log data sheet using sieve/hydrometer analysis. (af) Tri axial test ‘C’ & Ø determination (ag) Specific gravity test (ah) Calculation of SBC. (aj) water table (vi) Recommendation of type of fdn viz shallow, deep/pile/raft required considering soil strata. (vii) Assessment of SBC for foundation (viii) Submission of soil testing report in triplicate. Note :- The consultant shall visit the proposed site and measure the proposed site in consultation with GE/AGE before preparation of Architectural/structural drg/Design and drg shall be prepared based on availability of site.
